Only just found this topic, was wondering if it existed!

only 2 Qbs won national championships and Super Bowls as starters(Montana and Namath) . Cam Newton has a chance to be the third

this is also the third Super Bowl with 2 SEC qbs

2016: Peyton Manning (Tennessee) vs. Cam Newton (Auburn)
2007: Peyton Manning (Tennessee) vs. Rex Grossman (Florida)
1977: Ken Stabler (Alabama) vs. Fran Tarkenton (Georgia)
