Email for the GAME

i want to change my email since despite me knowing that my email works, the GAME doesnt send the activation code to it!! ive pressed the havent received code button and it still doesnt give it to me!

 

so can someone please help me because i know the answers to the riddles yet cant enter the game :(

There could be several reasons why you aren't receiving your e-mail messages.

 

Change the setting to the one you want. For example, click on Show All Messages to make sure you can see all your messages – old and new – in the Inbox.

done all of the above and still its not working! :( damn i dont know what to do now

Try to contact help@tankionline.com , i realy don't see another option :(

You have an alternative email in the account, and this is why you aren't receiving the email. Try other emails that you own, and check them carefully. If this is the case of having the incorrect email on the account then contact help@tankionline.com regarding any issues or problems such as the one you have now.

Check all the email-accounts you own. Make sure to check your SPAM as well. If you haven't received the mail on any of your email-accounts, you must contact tech support (help@tankionline.com) and ask them if they can change the email that's linked to your account.
