Many of player, hacker get into their account and waste the crystals!

So shouldn't we add a password to buy an items?

It could be more protected from the hacker.

I have lost 34k, and now, i am leaving tanki.

hope this feature will be added for the other's future!

According to the checks we made, crystals haven't disappeared from your account, they were spent on purchasing items by the owner of the account. Crystals can't be returned.

We don't return crystals if purchases were done by your friends or relatives. The security of your tank depends on your actions.

 

All the crystals were spent from the same range of IP-addresses as you have.

Unfortunately we can't return crystals in this case.

Oh, please... If you let a "hacker" into your account do you really think he wouldn't have gotten this password as well? Because you said the the password to the account and the one here would be the same?! And if he "hacked" your password, he would use it here to because they are the SAME. Even if they weren't the same, if he can hack your account, then he could definitely hack this little password. This idea is good, but almost entirely useless in this environment.

I agree with you totally, this idea should be implemented, but that is not reason for leaving tanki, don't do it. Similar case happened to me too. A hacker broke my account password and spent around 100k crystals, and after few days that account was suspended. I guess hacker was trolling on it. The acc was major general rank, so I started to play again tanki on this acc. But I didn't leave tanki. And I have put complicated password. Better don't leave tanki, and btw change your pass.

to put the security codes on everything (think about it, you may only do the code for buying stuff which is good but if a random hacked a account then he might get the innocent player banned from the chat channel or use it for hacking crystals and that's a problem still <_<)

Why would u lose ur password at first place? a player actions leads him to either lose his/her crystals/items or account :)

everyone is responsible to keep his/her account safe  :D

dont be stupid and dont trust anyone, dont download suspicious things becouse they can contain keyloggers,R.A.T.S and stuff like that. Did its so hard to keep safe your account? Its ridiculous...
