Problem with sale

I recently completed a parameter on one of my hulls, the discount is 25% and it is 50% today on hulls but surprise surprise, the discount is 62% instead of 75% which is what i was promised...

 

Is there some sort of joke going on here or am i just being ripped off

Only if you fully micro upgrade a turret or a hull, the next modification will be 75% discounted.

That's is insensible, if thats how it is they might as well make the sale discounts proportional to each other rather than confusing people

i upgraded my isida m1 to a 55% off discount but then for the sale i got it to be 77% off and i thought it would be 100%off

 

plz tell me y this has happend and is it true that u just add the other half of the savings in the sale and add it to the percentiges

Guys, you got it all wrong... discounts do not stack. I.e. having a 25% discount on a Hull due to MUing it, and there is currently a 50% discount on hulls, you will not get a 75% discount.

An example would be this, M3 Smoky is MUed to the point of having 25% discount on it, and there is an additional 50% discount on all Turrets. The way it's calculated is this, M3 Smoky at 25% costs 201450, then, at 50% discount, it is 100725. However, M3 Smoky at 75% costs 67150, so the difference is noticeable. By the way, Kit discounts are calculated the same way.
