isida doesn't make fund go up when he heals ends up losing for it cry even if he gets more % of cry he still lose slowly out of it so i got idea when an isida healed lets say 3k xp he will receive 500 cry or something like that 

and if no one in battle other team it wont count in the 3k xp

When healing someone of your team you recieve already some xp you don't need to get more crystals.

I'd say the fund should increase when Isida heals, because I do agree that Isidas are counterproductive when it comes to funds: the more Isidas there are, the less tank die per minute, therefore the fund grows slower.
