Video/Font too large unplayable

Please help. The font/video is just too LARGE and makes the game totally unplayable. Even in the Full screen mode it just makes it worse. I tried to tinker with the cotrol panel graphic options but that didnt help either did the tanki settings. Really strange since I have been playing for 36+ months this is the first time running into this issue.

Tanki is ran on a windows 8 machine on google chrome.

It's a good idea to set your monitor to the resolution it was designed to display (called the native resolution). To see your monitor's native resolution, check the display settings in PC settings.

Thank you for the quick reply.

I went to the website followed instructions for native resolution set to recommended and still having same issues.

When I initially click play then log in the font is still way too big then I get into the battle/garage screen font is still way too large; I then click on the upper right tab for full screen and then the screen momentarily goes to correct size then erroneously reverts back to the monster font.

What to do now?

Once again appreciate the help.

I am having the exact opisite problem you are having, my text is too small, making the chat unreadalbe, also the tank when i am battling is normal size but everything else the friends tab the crystal tab the server tab, and my health bar is very smalll.

You can make the text and other items, such as icons, on your screen easier to see by making them larger. You can do this without changing the screen resolution of your monitor or laptop screen. This allows you to increase or decrease the size of text and other items on your screen while keeping your monitor or laptop set to its optimal resolution.

Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution.

You must've accidentally enlarged the screen size. Press CTRL + 0 to turn it back to normal.
