My account was hacked and I emailed support on Friday. How long does it usually take them to respond back? It said on the help page that it takes 24 hours for them to respond but it is Monday now... I still haven't got an email yet. I just came back from a long break and I found out that it was hacked... So how long does it take support to email back? I am originally Zackery459.

Oh, after you sent your email and if you didn't get a reply means they are working on it. Be patient and you will receive a email from them about your account. Don't email again, which makes this process to be more slower. They have a huge work load so they take more time. :)

Don't worry the help desk will surly reply back to you, it will only take few days, but don't send them email again, as deafeat1 said above it will slow their process.

It basically just depends on how many requests they have at that moment in time. If they forward it to the technical team, then you may have to wait around a week...
