As I see it it's like this & you can downvote me I'm really not bothered as I'm not here to get a gold star on my chart compard to most it seems ;-)

 

tanki devs will do what they like, when they like, how they like, to you all & your oh so precious tanki game

from nerfing the hulls& turrets to altering the game so much with no consultation to the people who keep this game alive * YES THAT MEANS YOU * to updates & experiments like this & NO amount of downvoting or complaining will matter to the devs & have any effect

at all at any time & it's blatantly obvious democracy does not occur here & never will do.

 

Tanki devs don't like me I know ;-) & the feeling is quite mutual

& that's why I'm so outspoken so by saying this I'm not worried if the devs like it or not to be honest

 

YOU all have 1 bargaining hand & that's ££££ & the amount you play

you have a simple choice either keep spending/playing & believe me you won't be thanked for it

& the game will keep spiralling out of control & you can keep getting treated the way you are OR

use your strongest hand which is your feet & walk away & hit them where they hurts & you know where that is ;-)

which means your see the change you want or tanki will implode & cease to exist

you have the choice to make or break tanki.

Agreed. Like I said earlier, they as a company can be incredibly stubborn when it comes to their decisions. Just look at the more controversial updates like the crystal box removal, or the shaft laser. They certainly stick to their guns.

 

But, we'll see how they respond this time. Hopefully soon, and hopefully it's a positive outcome for everyone.

Hey fellas -- it's MandolinMarc, the guy who wrote the rant about the negative way that the Tanki community has been responding to feedback. It looks like my post caused quite a stir, and got downvoted lots, as I expected. I'll respond to those who responded to me:

 

 

This is a horrible update thats effects both our playing style, accuracy and health of some players and should be gotten ride of as soon as possible. You may not notice it that much at your rank since m2s turn slower thus you won't be affected by it as much, but us Gissimos (as you called us) have m3s and m4s and turrets that have fast rotation speed like freeze fire and hammer are greatly affected and the laging behind of that camera has a sickening effect and i for one can't play in battles very long this way. And i beseech TO to remove it at once for i know many players who are leaving the game because of this update  so it is most assuredly in tankI's best interest to terminate this horrendous update.

You do have a good point about M3 and M4 turrets with faster turning speeds. Still, I think people are way too quick to dismiss all updates as trash. Change for the better can't happen without some change for the worse, if you catch my drift.

 

Nug please first of all its an experiment, 2nd we already played it nug, and and that last "paragraph" is complete BS

Yes, it's a small change, which is why I'm so surprised at the huge negative reaction.

 

I despise people with this attitude.

 

I'll admit I was a bit too harsh with my words -- I probably shouldn't have said "crusty old Gissimos", for example. Anyway, what can you expect from a rant :P

 

I love this update and I am a generalissimo. The people who are complaining are just too full of themselves, too scared their "skills" that they have been trying soooo hard to develop will magically go away.

The reaction of the community is simply pathetic.

On the whole, I still rest my case that the Tanki community is way too quick to dismiss all change in the game, and I really do wish we were more reeptive and open-minded, but there's not much I can do about it.

Tanki Online....logic idiots we CAN'T play with this update. All love play Xp/Bp, but after this update harder to hit enemy, harder turn...Logic once...Can't play normal -__-

Well 1stly the laser was such a foolish idea

as any armed forces in the world would tell you

that a sniper is called a SNIPER for the obvious reasons otherwise the enemy would know the exact location & send a drone in & take out the little sniper but try telling tanki that ;)

they quite obviously are experts in military & dont need to be told ANYTHING.

 

I wont hold my breath for a positive outcome :P

 

my take on this EXPERIMENT

I notice a lot of lag & when i`m firing my rail the delay is so bad the enemy has time to pass by make himself a cup of coffee & still have time to come back & kill me.

I dont think the community are quick to unfairly criticize the experiment

have now taken almost a week to get used to it

quite simply the majority have CLEARLY spoken & whilst a small number likes it & yes their opinions must be taken into account of course

the overwhelming opinion is negative & not wanted

the simple solution is to have a toggle button for those that love the test & for those that don`t.

 

What the community is angry about is that the test has been thrust into the main game without consultation or a vote which is vital for a fair democracy & even the russian community don`t like it.

if you really feel disgruntled about the game & the way it`s going

then LEAVE stop playing & stop paying for it

as the devs will never take your views into account but are quite happy to take your $$$$

so effectively your giving them the stick to beat you with but if your happy with being a doormat so be it. ;)

as the views of this community certainly are not taken into account in anyway at all.

 

And the majority will NEVER leave this game as your ADDICTED to it

& are quite happy to shoot moving pictures all day everyday

you waste your $$$$ on something that simply does not mattter & the sooner you realise it the better
