Experimental Camera Speed

I myself have not played for the past week because of this update.

Likewise. Actually a little bit more. I've gotten used to the camera now(Idk if it's just me or what), but my battles are still limited to 1-2 a day.

 

From a player's perspective, I don't feel like "the tank" anymore. More like a mini spectator fixated at the rear view of my tank. It just feels wrong…

I can relate.

 

From a health perspective, I feel sick and dizzy every time I use Freeze, Firebird, or Isida, since those turrets require constant mobility and turret turning. No sane person would want to play a game that would cause them dizziness. Bollocks.

The first time I tried the "new" camera, it did make me feel a little dizzy. Probably because of my Mammoth's speed and turning being at max.

 

From a gameplay perspective, the camera angle and speed that all Tanki players have gotten used to for the past 5 years, suddenly changed drastically. Its not surprising that most people would have to get used to this dizzying camera speed just to regain their skills, especially for XP players.

Yup.

 

But most of all, before trying this absolutely "great" camera update on the main server, how about you guys TEST IT ON THE FREAKING TEST SERVER. Isn't that what the TEST server was made for?

+1. Test server's damn near used for amusement now, when it opens.

Eh whatever. This is actually the worst experiment Tanki has tried. And I'm already getting used to the LAG and stuff Tanki is giving me.

Btw can TANKI can you give us any assurance that when the new tanki arrives our accounts will not be reset back to recruit?

because if that happens i know for one thing i will leave in a heartbeat & i`m quite sure that many 1000`s will do so.

No but when i played 3 days with that new camera test, i got use to it, you should try it and would get use to it too, instead of missing the fun :)

i would say that the devs are close to making a decision & we should know soon & don`t forget tankers Semyon did say that they wont let us down we made tanki what it is i think lots of good things are coming soon & of course tanki want the game to be successful otherwise they would be out of a job & i`m sure they don`t want that. :)

Guys if you are sincerely Commenting on this experiment them I would say that The effects of the Experiment were All Gone, if not that mean you are  a guy who do not test out experiment, and just starts Downvoting to Increase the downvote rate. Actually I am alright with this experiment after many days of Playing. So start playing like a PR0 and stop Complaining like a Little Kid.
