Hackers, Laggers and Parkour

I don't really like complaining but this is just annoying. When ever you have a problem like a hacker of lagger in a match Tanki have told us to vote_offender, well new getting a report sent is an achievement, its hard enough just to get the report sent, not even getting the lagger/hacker kicked from the game. Also in every parkour match you enter you will find a hacker, reload hack is most common now-a-days. And even if you vote an hacker it will take about half an hour for a Mod to arrive and by that time the hacker would have left, in most cases the Mod never arrives. 

 

I have an idea, the whole team can vote an 'offender', and if more than 50% vote the person is kicked. However if you have been banned recently or kicked recently you cannot vote, this eliminates some of the abuse factor.

 

And for hackers didn't Tanki say they sorted the hacking problem?

What if everyone vote the first player in their team because they are jealous of his score and don't want him to have a big reward?

 I know that if you use vote command it takes some time to moderator come, but you need to understand that you are not only one going to use vote command, there are lot other players from other servers also uses the vote command. make a video and post it in GV section, and the hacker will be punished, screenshot won't be enough proof, if you make video then it will be a lot easier to get the hacker.  :)

This hits the nail on the head.  There simply are not enough moderators for /vote to be an effective solution.  Videos are great but the vast majority of players aren't sophisticated enough to record and will never use the forums or read the requirements anyway.  Besides as satisfying as it is to get one banned most probably use cracked or scammed accounts anyways.  Kick2 would be nice, and the subtle updates that break hacked clients are nice, but the switch to unity if and when it happens will be the best thing.  Every hacker out there will have to start from scratch and the devs will have the opportunity to build protections in from the start.

Well, I agree with you, but it's supposed to the devs.

 

2 time I posted an idea about a kick system, witch is against trolls (killers) (X pieces of kills in a minute)

But the hackers...Well, there's over 10 players in a parkour battle, I'm sure one of them can record a video.
