Don't start a topic for asking to help others, if someone starts a new topic in Problems and Solutions section. You can post a reply to the topic with the ability to help others, there are also topics of all the problems (Bugs & glitches, fatal error, etc..). You can answer there and help the players.

 

However, if you have solutions to solve problems in the game, for example, to solve a hard problem, you can PM one of the Forum Moderators, ask them if you are allowed to create a new topic about it.

Well if you want to help people and give good solution to their problem, you are most welcome to do that, but there is no need to creat topic for this. In this section people create topic about Problem and they want solution to their problem, so you can go to their topic and give the solutions :)
