However, a serious violation of the rules requires a serious punishment, such as blocking of your account, so if you do something that makes other players' experience with the game unpleasant, you deserve to be removed from the game.

It would be worse if someone hacks our account and just posts anything that would make us block forever. I think that is is injustice, we should make hackers out of Tanki. Security should be tighter you know. :)

Please tell me more about getting "hacked". I'm pretty sure that if your password isn't 123456 or qwerty, your account is safe.

Well, this is a good way to stop hackers (block). I think a bann for a week first time is enought waring if the hacker didn't cause incident (Flag cap, gold steal ect.)

I agree, a few months I've got blocked 'forever' for 'hacking attempts', I sent them a detailled e-mail with proves showing that I had just parkoured, however they just ignored me coldly :

 

 

Therefore, in my opinion the banning system is too rude on Tanki. Also the help desk isn't helping enough, which isn't really respectuful compared to the time and money put by the players

Injustice?! No, simply no. The action of blocking an account is completely justified by the fact that they are blocking you because you broke their rules. It's not injustice, it's absolute JUSTICE, you broke the rules, you got punished.

Excuse me?!! Tanki provides support every time, they send you some questions to your registered email and if you do answer them correctly, they help in returning your account. YOU should speak everything HONESTLY to them.
