Ideas and Suggestions on block accounts

I was pretty shocked when I got back that reply. They just believe the Game Moderator, they aren't spending time on revising the ban and ignore the player...At the end I contacted a friend moderator and I got unblocked, but what about the players who don't know any modetators and aren't on the forum ? Their game is over for 6 months... (and most of the players think that it's really forever)

Also, in my opinion blocking forever for 'sharing' is too much, players spend a lot of time building the garage. Buyers lose what they have paid for, but non-buyers lose a huge amount of time.

 

Therefore, in my opinion the banning system is too rude on Tanki. Also the help desk isn't helping enough, which isn't really respectuful compared to the time and money put by the players

No need to be shocked and all, they said it, "we received information that you are using 3rd party software". I wouldn't really call that ignoring, they did reply, and gave a proper reason for your ban.

Over for 6 months? No no no, you got it all wrong, it's not six months, it's actually forever, BUT, after 6 months you have a chance of getting your account back, it's not guaranteed. Again, it's not "too much", as I've stated in my post above^

As for the banning system being too rude.. well, don't violate so you don't get banned. It's not rude, it's justice.

Injustice?! No, simply no. The action of blocking an account is completely justified by the fact that they are blocking you because you broke their rules. It's not injustice, it's absolute JUSTICE, you broke the rules, you got punished.

Excuse me?!! Tanki provides support every time, they send you some questions to your registered email and if you do answer them correctly, they help in returning your account. YOU should speak everything HONESTLY to them.

NO, its totally fair!  Giving FOREVER blockade is FAIR! Even in real life if you flee, kill and violate laws, you will face lifetime prison.

If you have any complain about the ban system or rules, please contact the administration (@Shar0n, @Yele, and preferably, )

 

As for the "get banned for a week, then a month, then 6 months" idea in your first post, it's already being done for some sorts of violations, but more serious violations like account sharing or hacking require more serious bans such as a forever ban or a permanent block.
