Ever wanted to participate in Mine Hunts but could not do it for some reason ? Then this is your chance - We are here with an unofficial version of mine hunt gathering people all around Tanki . But unlike the official version where some people don't listen , here you will definitely not be facing this problem.

 1) Listening to the host(s) is the most important thing for making the hunt successful . Any player found not listening to the host(s) will be warned / directly removed without any further notice .

2) Placement of mines by participants is NOT ALLOWED . If any participant / host steps on the mine and gets destroyed , the player will be straightaway removed .

3) Shooting / destroying the host in any manner is NOT ALLOWED . The participants caught doing this action will be removed directly .

4) In a round of mine hunt , the participants can shoot any other participant ONLY ONCE . Players not following this rule will be banned for a month from our mine hunts .

5) Even if you step on a mine , you will not get the point unless you get destroyed by the mine . So we advice you to use light hulls like wasp / hornet for the hunt and use weapons like Thunder which can cause self damage so that when you discover a mine , you lose some health before stepping on it .

6) Insulting other players or breaking any Tanki Rules is NOT ALLOWED . The player might be reported or banned from our mine hunts .

Our mine hunt is quite different from the official version of the mine hunt . Here , we will be having two hosts (which will keep changing throughout . The first host ( or the main host ) places 8 mines throughout the map which the players have to find out . Stepping on mines placed by the main host will give the player 1 point each. At the end of the round , the player with maximum number of points is the winner of the round.

The rules would have been simple, very simple indeed unless the second host places his mines . The second host is supposed to place 2 mines anywhere on the map and if any player steps on any of those mines , then he will lose 2 points.

Yeah , its quite difficult ( or practically impossible) to understand whether the mine is placed by the main host or the second host , so sometimes you will need to be dependent on your luck . Once all the mines placed by the main host are stepped upon , the round will finish.

If the players are quite slow in finding the mines, then the main host can start a timer of 3 minutes and at the end of 3 minutes , the round finishes.

Changing of hosts will take place after every round! The winner of a particular round will be the main host of the very next round. The second host will be then selected by the new main host . It can be anyone ( except the hosts of that particular round ).

Very well-designed topic...

...but I just wonder how you'd be able to enforce your rules as well as the official Mine Hunt, let alone better than them, because they benefit from having chat mod Spectators at hand who can remove violators from the battle. However, I guess you've accounted for that with the idea of a loyal Members' List, and I hope it goes well. Good luck with this!
