Digital paint this good?

player: N1UCOP has digital paint on a wasp... in two different battles our teams were unable to kill him, at least rarely. I have a M3 rail on hornet, MU'd to the max, on double power hit him 4 times and he drove over a mine and DID not die. Yes, he had on double armor supply, but even with three tanks in close range we could not kill him. 

 

In one battle he stopped in the middle of map - so I shot him 4 times on regular power, once on 2x power, and he just laughed and drove off. 

 

He said he's MU'd to the max. I cant do the numbers, I'm not smart enough. Is this how good digital is? He's using Isida and seems to have equal protection against whatever is fired at him???

Mued digital railgun is 50% so all of your hits are cut into half. There is a possibility he can be 4 shotted at double defence if the attacker uses no drugs at all.

Yes, it is possible, especially if they have armour, repair kits and are using the Isida to heal themselves from enemies.
