Blocking a Player

Hello everyone, I think there should be an option where we can put somebody on 'Block list' if someone is bothering us again and again. I know we can unfriend a player but lets imagine if i like to play Polygun Cp Xp/Bp battles and for that i need to play on Ru1 server only to find some good battles. It will be easy to get found from a Hater and surely he will join the same battle and try to ruin it. I know you guys will suggest to play on different servers, but why we should not play on a Server we like to play on.

Well there isnt and wont be any option that makes a battle you are in, get invisible in another person's view,

Maybe someone of their friends is in the battle ;)

 

Just ignore them and play on ;)

If we meet that hater in same battle then he can see me obviously, and his friends can invite him too. But i am talking about just having an option to do so. I leave rest of the things to developers about how they'r gonna do that to make it happen. It was just a thought after hearing some of my friends.

You are trying to introduce an idea that restricts a player from playing a battle which you are in???

Just quit playing on the same map/mode for a while until he (the hater) gets tired of following/tracking you...there's no need for blocking the player for it.

There really aren't enough active servers since the mergers to realistically move to hide from someone.  Especially now that people are auto sorted by ranks. 

 

I doubt tanki would let it prevent a blocked person from joining a map.  Everyone would end up blocking the druggers, lists of druggers would circulate, and it would make people far less likely to buy drugs.  Besides there are scarce enough decent maps as it is and with a few random blocks the map list system may be unworkable.  The best that could be hoped for is a list that scrambles your user name so the player can not see who you are in battles. 

 

If you feel what they are doing rises to the level of harassment you can take a few screenshots and email help@tankionline.com They are usually willing to work with you. 

 

Another solution might be a more easily available name change feature.

Easy but not cheap. Not every one has or is willing to pay 100k only for that ;)
