Team mate playing for the opponents?

Hi

I noticed that some players joining in our team seem to actually playing for the oponents by blocking moves and disturbing shooting of his/her team mates.

Did some of you already experience this?

Yes, such actions are referred to as sabotage, or more commonly - "multing". Players do this just for fun or to help their friends in the opposite team win with an unfair advantage. This is a serious violation of the rules and if you see somebody doing it, you can use the command /vote [nickname] to complain or record a video and post it in the Game Violators section.
