Changes in turret and hull parameters

Nos you are just competitivo with M3 thunder against M2. Its not whimsical but Engineers you have to see a battle so you are going to kbow wht i talking about .

So what I'd like to know is this:if  Damage is dealt every 0,25 second instead of 0,5

why haven't I noticed any appreciable difference in Isida's performance?

Seriously, a 1/4 of a second's difference in fire rate (?) is VIRTUALLY USELESS

What does that mean anyway; "damage is dealt every 0.25 second"... Isida fires a steady steam,

not projectiles, and the damage it does is a parasitic, or draining type.

Instead of wasting time and effort on a 99% useless update, why not do something constructive,

like decrease reload times, increase firing duration, or give it more vertical range

(i.e. other turrets can shoot down on us from a high ledge, but we can't reach them when they're right above us?)

I have tried 'walking' the front end of my tank up a ledge to fire at a tank 10 feet above me,

but Isida won't fire, even when the enemy tank is right on the very edge of the ledge, just overhead...

THAT would be a useful update.

This is very unfair for every short-range gun user. First of all, let's look at what happened for Freeze:

 

Range: Decreased  Guns like Isida now have a HUGE advantage, as Isida is a short-range gun with a much better range than Freeze.

UnFreezing Time: reduced from 31 seconds to 4!!! Freeze can't be used to slow down other tanks right before you die, making its special effect's power heavily reduced. All right, yes, but the special power is still extremely effective while still attacking with freeze. And It can actually deal out more damage now.

 

Now, let's look at Firebird:

 

Damage Increased: Has a huge advantage over Freeze, it's main competitor, now.

Max Range: Increased, I play with Firebird a lot, this really wasn't big, compared to the update of Isida.

Burning Time: Decreased, same effect as Freeze. :( Which makes up for the other increases to Firebird.

 

Isida recently received a very high range boost, already making it very unfair against other short-rangers like Fire and Freeze. Now, the damage is doubled, or aka dealt twice as fast. Isida is now the ultimate short-range gun for team battles. Although it received a range boost, along with it, it's auto-aim cone was severely reduced. Those two balance out slightly. Isida deals damage twice as fast now, but it's not twice as much. Say your isida used to deal 30 units of damage every half-second. Now it simply deals 15 units of damage every quarter-second. It didn't actually receive a damage boost.

i dont like this update as previously thunder m1 could destroy hornet m1 in 2 shots and now it takes more than 3 i mean why is thunder neglected and why is it avoided??????? i dont understand it was a very good gun before all the balances and now no one even fears the mighty thunder. splash damage was just a ability of a thunder like bouncing of ricochet projectiles vice versa.....only thunders ability is increased and its basics are degraded and are reduced how do you all expect it to fight and win the matches......... ithink splash damage should be reduced and damage be increased and also the reloading of it be decreased

i think other guns are promoted whilst guns like thunder and ricochet are demoted and are nerfed

Freeze needs a boost whilst firebird needs to be nerfed a bit.

Rico is for me very balanced and where it should remain,but on the other hand twins m2 and m3 needs a bit nerfing.

Smoky used to be powerful but isn't any more.To be balanced it needs a little boost in critical damage.

Thunder needs to have a bit more damage in the long range to be distinguishable with hammer.

Hammer and vulcan need to stay were they are in my opinion.

 

Also you keep boosting the stats of medium and havy hulls since these arent as popular as the light hulls.

This is obvious since players with light hulls have a lot more chance of capturing a flag in ctf (for example) which gains them a massive boost in points over the others.

 

I cant say anything on isida because i never use it .

Probably because they want to make other Turrets more popular to even out the balance...maybe because Thunder was too popular.

Why don't they nerf Rail then? It's the most popular turret by far.

Freeze is ruined. Your logic makes no sense tanki, For something to defrost it needs heat and movement. Also a continuous buildup of ice should damage more easily because the shards pierce.

 

Smoky M3 needs a Nerf in reload time if the damage is increased.

 

Isida needs less range 

 

M3 Shaft basically fires arcade shots like its a M1 smoky now but with higher damage. Decrease the damage of Arcade shots and decrease the reload time thats outrageous.

Freeze is useless now. Firebird - tooo strong.

The damage is perfect, but the effect that it has defies its name. The freezing effect is to long to trigger and takes little time, basically 3 seconds to wear off.

It could only destroy hornet in 2 shots for a little while. It only was able to do that after a rebalance similar to this one a few months ago, and that was over-powered. It has taken 3 shots to destroy a hornet for a long time.

Now this rebalance if consider the strength of tanks, hulls and weapons it is ok I don't have a word for that I think it is ok.

But I can not estimate properly because of the frustrated lag.

But something is frustrated that with every update and I mean the first mouse control,

camera control and control speed of camera the lag is worst and worst.

I really don't changed the speed of my internet link but it worst and worst with every new update.

And of course the second and same bug still exist till the first of mouse control.

The bug is:  when I am in the game and I go into the garage for something and after return into

the game the percentage of the bug appearance is 50%.

My turret is stick to my tank I mean I can not turn My turret left or right.

The frustrated solution for the problem is to push ESC button twice and until then I can not play

properly.

Sorry but I will repeat it on every forum I enter, until you do the job properly.

MY EXPERIENCE LATELY IS THAT WASP AND HORNET ARE NOW EXTREAMLY VULNERABLE ESPECIALLY TO ISSIDA, WHICH SUCKS THE LIFE OUT OF ME, FROM HALF WAY ACCROSS THE MAP, BEFORE I CAN GET THE SECOND SHOT WITH HAMMER, WHICH WAS SUPPOST TO BE DEVISTATING FOR THREE SHOTS, AND THEN HIDE. I NO LONGER LIVE LONG ENOUGH TO GO HIDE.

 

AND FREEZE, WHICH I HAVE ALWAYS HATTED. A BIG PORTABLE FREEZER TRAVELING AT 22 WHAT EVER IT IS, WHICH INSTANTLY STOPS TURRET SWIVEL SO I CAN NEVER GET A SHOT OFF BEFORE I DIE.

 

I LOVED THE RUNNING GAME. NOW TITAN WITH FREEZE WILL BE ABLE TO RUN WASP DOWN. TANKI SEEMS TO BE HEADED TOWARDS A GAME WHERE GIANT HULLS JUST SIT ON FLAGS, WAITING FOR GIANT HULLS TO COME DO BATTLE. THEN ONLY DRUGGERS WILL WIN GAMES.

 

BALANCE CHANGE HAS OPENED PANDORA'S BOX. I HOPE YOU GUYS CAN EVENTUALLY GET A NEW BALANCE THAT WORKS. YOU KNOW, IN U.S. OF AMERICA, NASCAR RUNS FAST CARS IN RACES, AND FARMERS WITH BIG POWERFUL TRACTORS HAVE PULLING CONTESTS: NOT RACES.
