ツ Can my problem will be solved ? ツ

Assalam Alaikum!
Hope you're all well!

 

On 15/May/2015 , I'm playing in Island CP on my main alt account @Sonicm35-zain, I make much score & battle fund upto 3K+ , Than , i Invite my friend in battle , he play half an hour in battle with me & make score up-to 1k , after he make score he said me , he will go in enemy team & make high battle fund, he again joined battle of my team side because, enemy team hadn't any space for players, after few time , i'm playing & my account "Closed" automatically , when i refresh page ,they said, i'm using hacks in battle;

Suddenly , i'm playing normally in battle , i ask to my friend he use any of hack in battle he , tell He only open "Hacking" Software & Don't do any of in it, only open it, then, i open my account after 1 hour, i send message in chat, ban me For 1 MONTH from chat, then, i open my account after few minutes, Suspend My Account Permanantly :

Then , I contact with "help@tankionline.com", they reply for my nickname in Tanki , i reply , my nickname , then , At morning , they , send me link in which , they check my account , i do it , after few minutes, I watch the reply ... they can't Reopen my account & ban for FOREVER ... Than, i ask for the proof, in which i break #Rules, they also refused me, I'm really worried about that. :(

 

& Also , In which battle we are playing , These are all accounts are suspended ,

 

1st : Sonicm35-zain;
2nd : jawadjawa;
3rd : Sonicm35;
4th : syedajazi;
5th : musab2000;

Hello dear tanker (وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته), you did break tankionline rules, block and unblocking can be done only through tech support, please contact them on help@tankionline.com , if they refuse to unblock your account that's because they have good proof of what you did, posting here won't help you recover your account.
