Much player have learned how to write #rules and now they flooding the system like this player http://prntscr.com/7nvg5k. he mean no harm to others but in 10 minute he wrote verry often those words... i agree he help.. but he was flooding ... there is nothing to do in that sense ??/ to much #rules using can result in warnning??? like if someone wrote #rules like 10 times in 4-5 minutes he can be warrned...

well there is no flood, if he write that after he's first message goes away, then it's not Flooding. If the player was writing stuffs in every 5 seconds and the chat was only getting flooded by his/her message then the anti-flood system would warn/ban, or if there is a chat moderator, they would ban.
