Then get kicked for sabotage...unless you are using it in private battle to take screenshot and stuff.

Actually, if you keep it in one place while high in the sky while playing defense, you can stay within the camera view and then keep an eye out for people invading the other side of the base :o

Doesn't work for me though :/

Great topic. I was just about to create one about this exact feature and you beat me to it  :)

I edited your topic and added a line about "Cinematic mode". Feel free to change or remove it if you want to.

How to move up and down? I tried it only shows me the direction of the tank.

You can't. Once you "park" the camera, you won't be able to move it around - just tilt the angle and rotate the view.

This technique is recommended for RankUps or PhotoShoots. Its not recommended while playing a random battle. I think they understand that :D

I really want to know what would happen if you put the camera speed to 0.1

Maybe it would move so slowly that after you die and are flying to your respawn, the camera will move slowly, as if it's in spectator mode and panning across the map?

The camera turns into cinematic panning mode and very slowly follows your tank. Once you die the camera keeps moving towards your tank, but as soon as you start flying to the respawn point the camera instantly "flies" with you and appears over your tank where it should be when you respawn.

A camera speed of 0.5 and/or 1 (0.5 for slower hulls, and 1 for faster, depending on your modification and type of hull) is just perfect for cinematic mode! Looks like a spec is following you, and looks just as good as the GTA cam. :)

For those who are new to this, posting the commands in the chat won't work, it only works in the console(Control+Shift+K) to open,

If you have mouse Controls on than you can also rotate your camera 360 degrees and change the angel of your view with mouse controls, I found that using a speed of 0.1 - 0.5 is very similar to the Spectator Moving speed,

So far, I've only used it for screenshots in private battles.

+1

0.7 is perfectly spec speed.

Thanks for sharing :)

If I did that, will I be able to make videos without seeing my tank?

Yes, if you move your tank out of sight. Although the XP and reload bars remain visible...
