BTW hasn't somebody put this under review yet? XD

Oooh, that's a problem. Gonna have to get a forum mod to help me out here. I wonder who...

Hi!

This idea is already in adobe flash like a bug but it would look nice for videos, screenshot if we could enable our hp and ammo.

Better explained here:

This is how it would look like

for me that's impossible to do that part

This is an idea that I think has some possible merit to it. Being able to hide your GUI (Graphical User Interface) or HUD (Heads Up Display) can come in handy when it comes to thing such as lag reduction (Hiding your GUI/HUD can reduce resource use and therefore increase performance), parkour recording (If you don't have spectator mode, but want your video to look as amazing as someone who does, hiding your GUI/HUD will remove ugly clutter from the screen), or simply because you like seeing Tanki's designs for maps, hulls, and other objects without ugly clutter on screen.

This option would also hide the kill feed, and if not hide it, then minimize it and display only one to two lines of the feed.

You could have just a "show/hide GUI" key shortcut. like CTRL+G, or just G maybe but I think it's better to keep the CTRL cause people who don't know about the feature will get confused if they accidentally press G and then don't know how to bring the GUI back.

Also could be useful if pressing TAB when the GUI is hidden will show it again for as long as you hold the TAB key.

If you want to have the option to show your own nickname too, then the G key could switch between 3 states just like spectators can switch between a few states of GUI display.

This is a more complicated idea that will probably not be very good because it unnecessarily complicates the settings menu:

I think there should be an option to open in the settings a little pop up form with a full list of GUI elements and be able to select which elements you want to be shown, and add your own nickname as an extra to this. Then when putting the mouse on the top part of the screen the GUI will be fully shown so you can still access the settings or take a quick look at how much time is left until the battle is over.

Funny thing is, devs don't even have to do much to implement this because the option to hide the GUI interface is already there in spectator mode. They just have to add it to normal controls -_-

With the recent Mouse Controls and even more recent Camera Settings updates we suddenly got a whole new opportunity to take amazing screenshots of ourselves and our friends. People enjoy photographing their gold boxes, parkour, rank ups, photoshoots, scenery, etc. and I believe that such "photography" has now become a very important part of the community.

The one little thing that gets in the way when taking screenshots is the health and reload bar - those two lines are OK up close, but the further away your tank is from the camera, the more they affect the image and many epic images get ruined because of it:

My suggestion is:

Add an option to disable the whole user interface (health, reload, XP, supplies, battle timer...), but if possible, leave the nicknames (and make your own nickname show)

I think such an option would fit in easily in the setting menu under "show skybox" and next to "show drop zones"

ikr i took one but I couldn't use it for my banner cuz of health bar  -_-

In Overwatch you can press Alt+Z to enter the cinematic mode and hide all the status, in tanki case it should hide player rank + battle status and navigation buttons like Garage ,Battle ,Clan etc... , that will be cool so youtubers so they can record Amazing videos. I have included links for a preview check it out :)

Actually, sometimes in XP the notifications of flag and gold box, block your view and you don't want that to happen so this feature would surely come in handy.

For that it's much better to just minimise the screen with the minus key.

Which has it's own disadvantages, like little less detailed image and a bad looking game window

This feature already exists as part of the Spectator mode, so shouldn't take long to make it possible for everyone.

I think there should be a checkbox in your Settings which allows to hide the HP and re-loading bar which are shown by default. This idea would be useful for shooting cool videos with Modeless Spectator.

Or you could make the '/' key work in the same way for all players as it does for Spectators. This should be only when the battle chat is not open, else this would interfere with the "/vote" command.

Bad idea. As an XP and format player, you need all the screen available to play better as it increases the field of view across your screen and helps you spot the enemy better.

I mean, it's interesting but is it really practical? What if someone accidentally turned it off thinking that it was a graphic option that could lower the FPS and suddenly they realise that they have no idea what's going on in battle? In my opinion, making such an idea purely for taking photos of yourself (and in some occasions, others) is useless. I mean, you can use the Spot Heal Tool to edit nicknames out of screenshots for other tankers (and sometimes even the HP bar) anyways. If you so badly want a pic of yourself, just ask someone else to.
