Banned for no reason from the ant-flood system...

I guess that the reason for the length of this ban is what @CTaen said, but the reason you even got banned was that you said "X", than "XE", than "XD". The anti-flood system detects repetitions of letters as flood, maybe rightfully (in the general case)... It's not a bug of the anti-flood system, it's just an exception - the anti-flood system can't know when writing the same letter with different suffixes is spam and when it is just attempts to "spell" (as much as you can spell XD :D) while trying to play and failing a few times :) Contact help@tankionline.com and explain them your case to get unbanned. They're supposed to be the address for every in-game issue.

 

EDIT: the anti-flood system certainly has places to improve itself.. If it were built better, that @GUTYOU  would get banned after scrabbling so many random numbers.. :P
