poor service

Recently someone gave me information(wrong ones) and a link that we can test new version of TO and as i opened the link and entered my nick and pass ( as it looked like a ORiginal tanki forum) the  my acc got hacked by hacker.And he spent my 50k in MUing and speeding up my thunder m2.As i reported it to tanki by e-mail,they said that they will take action and undo the purchase done by hacker after 2 months??!!!! now how will i survive if a sale comes and i have 29k?i am upset by tanki's poooor service and i wanna say only 1 thing to semyon kirov (idk if his names spelling is correct :P ) that please recover my crystals in 2 days or am very good at loosing patiance( adn i got kicked outta a team once cause of this )

There is no point making a topic here, as Tech support is the only one that can help in such matter, contact them asking for them to undo the purchase sooner, maybe they will :)
