Rebalance paint - shaft

Shaft really didn't need another buff before the rebalance.  A shaft with double damage can one shot a m3 viking or dictator with full health microupgrades.  With 30% shaft resistance this does not change.  With a 30% resistance paint a shaft can still do 392 damage, down from 560, against the 315 and 345 health of the heavy-medium tanks.  The ability to obliterate an opponent in a single hit is not generally conducive to gameplay, but I would understand as a trade off for the extreme mobility offered by a light tank.  However 397 damage after a fully MU'd prodigi at 29% resistance is hardly a light tank.  This makes buying paint micro-upgrades for anything less than 50% somewhat pointless.  My suggestion is to increase the shaft resistance of paints in proportion to this unnecessary damage buff.

These changes to Shaft's power are only to encourage players to use this forgotten Turret, once the turret becomes popular again, I can assure you 100% it will get some slight debuffs to make it suit gameplay. But for now, since hardly anyone is using it, Tanki is buffing it up so it becomes the loved turret from long ago:)

So basically, increasing the amount of percentage a paint offers against Shaft would do the complete opposite of what the Devs want.
