The impact force is a "skill" of the turrets. Isida, Freeze, Firebird don't have it. So, I think we have to looking for their "skill" witch the others haven't got.

I have two idea:

1) The range. With the long range guns (all except this 3) you don't need to catch your enemy to kill. So I think this box would give x1.5 range to this turrets.

2) Their "skills": Firebird - heavier and longer afterburn; Freeze - stronger freezing; Isida - x2 or x3 team-mate healing.

 

I hope a new dropping supply will be in the game.
