i am boyice

and my 50k crys were missing from my acc some one came into my acc and wasted 50 cry to 4/4 MU my thunder m2

and he used speed up also,

now when i contacted tanki by e mail, they said that it will be taken into action after 2 months!!!

now i am telling to all mods and Semyon kirov to see this and if any further soon action will not be taken then do hell with this game i am out, tanki the worst service given by any game ever

Sadly moderators can't do anything about your account. Technical support team deals with such situations. If you feel you can't wait for 2 months reply to tech team again and explain the problem. ;) Good Luck

Firstly, it's not Tanki's fault you used an easy password or downloaded programs that may contain key loggers that hackers used to get in your account. It's entirely YOUR fault someone used your crystals.

Secondly, Tech support gets a huge amount of requests, and it takes time to do them all. 2 months is a long time, but it's better than not getting your crystals back ever, and it's not 2 months, it's a rough estimate of the real time it takes, which is far less.

Thirdly, there is no need to be so rude about it and call Tanki's service bad, they try their best, which seems to be always less than what you expected.

There was no point making a topic in the forum, only tech can help you, so instead of complaining, contact them again telling them to perhaps speed up the process.
