Ideas for Missions!

How about "defend your team's flag from x number of enemies" (whether it be killing the enemy before they take the flag or before they can capture your team's flag)?

 

This might motivate some players to do their best for their team.

I have had missions to catch a gold box but I haven't had any for getting a gold box... I change my missions like 8 times before I realize that I will never get it. I don't think anyone has had them... Why are they so hard to get?

Just tried out daily missions, I suggest very strongly that you base it only on xp, kills, and points, and not on collecting the pick up boxes, I was just in a game, everyone was just sitting at the pick ups, not even going for the flag, people taking the health even though they don't need it, teammates fighting for the pick ups, they were acting like it was the gold box, all sitting there ready to jump into action, when the health box was coming down, remove from the missions, collecting pick ups, everything else is perfect

they always take it when they don't need it just do be douchebags but i agree with you

    I suggest that it would be good to give out a Goldbox mission once in a week or a month that would encourage the players and it will also help in players attention towards the missions

instead of having a weekly chain. There should be rewards for completing all three missions everyday. So for example if a generalissimo completes all three missions assigned for the day he will get 18 supplies each exception only 8 repair kits. Now for the weekly chain part. For the 1st week the player should be rewarded with 1 gold supply and other weeks it goes on increasing till the 10th week where the player will get 10 golds for  completing three missions everyday for a week.

Another idea is to have mini super missions for low ranks like to earn experience 0/49999 for 10/15 micro upgrades on your current turret or hull

Us free players need a chance to get higher grade equipment too, ya know!

 

Now, of course it won't be as common as getting supplies or crystals as a reward. Say 1 in 300 mission rewards since you get three missions a day, so you have a 1 in 100 chance of a turret/hull popping up. Now say you just joined Tanki and the first set of missions you get, you get an M3 rail by chance.

The coding will need some reworking so the daily missions keep track of your rank and only give you equipment within your ranks, say and M1 Ricochet at Warrant Officer 1 where I currently stand on my backup account. If you're within the first few ranks, say under First Sergeant you'd only get M0. Or, from Master Sergeant to Warrant Officer 5 you get M1s, Third Lieutenant to Captain you'd get M2s then M3s from on after that.

 

Say you get the Rail M2 from daily missions, it won't ever pop up again as a possible reward.

 

But why give us this stuff for free? Either they could be 75% off or it would be a challenge to complete the mission to get it for free. At my rank I get an amount of enemies to destroy, being 20. Say you'd have to destroy 1,000. Hard, but not impossible. It'd push the tanker to work HARD to earn the turret or hull being awarded so it's not just an easy joy ride. Or say they have to land 2,500 exp. That would take a couple hours for a low ranker to get an M1 to earn.

 

Or give them REAL challenges, maybe you have to get a certain amount of kills without dying. Say 10? Easy peasy for Shaft users, but a majority of the players are out in the field battling, especially Wasp users.

 

I feel this would be a great idea to help us free players so we can get higher grade stuff, since by the time we will be able to afford it, it'll be useless!

 

There are so many other aspects to this idea i thought of but this is long enough already and I want to see what you guys have to say!

I've seen tons of similar ideas before. Getting turrets, paints, passes, discounts, etc. in daily missions is a popular kind of suggestion, so we'll see if developers decide to implement it.
