Ideas for Missions!

I think the reason for game mode specific missions is so that players get to experience all game modes rather than just play the same one all the time. As well as this, developers can make more missions with all modes whereas it would be much harder to get a variety of different missions if they were restricted.

From the rank of Recruit to First Sergeant, all three daily missions have equal difficulty and equal rewards. After that, the missions begin to have different difficulty levels and rewards. Instead of 3 medium ones, there's an easy, a medium and a harder one; and the total reward (at least in crystals) is equal to what averaged out missions offer. For those who didn't understand:

Avg + Avg + Avg becomes Avg-x + Avg + Avg+x

I think it would be better if the missions have equal difficulty at all ranks. Sure, there are some people who just do the easiest one only due to limited time; but it just makes it harder for those who do all 3.

For example, let's say the easiest one is in the form of collecting 5 DA boxes. You can, of course, get way more than that while playing. Instead, you have that 'earn crystals in ASL' as the hardest mission, hogging up a part of your total reward (the "x" in the equation).

And if you keep getting the hardest mission in the form of one that you don't like, such as missions in Assault or Finish top 3, then you're losing out a big amount of rewards (unless you change the mission and get a good one).

What do you think?

The thing is that all of type of difficulties have a goal. The easy ones motivate the player to finish them, the medium ones are pretty doable, and the hard ones is to challenge the player. It's really hard to balance the difficulty of all 3 missions nor the rewards given to each one. So sticking with this system might be the best option for now for all tankers

1. Hmm... but what if the hard ones just make the player play less? Then that would do quite the opposite of making players play more.

2. Don't think so. Just alter the requirements to an average value.

1- Yeah, but what about the people who are busy, they won't do any mission in the day like that, it's both good for players who play a lot(hard missions), also takes into account the players who have little space for TO in the day
2- Even if you can adjust it, people will complain about it later.

well, in-fact i bet there are tons of players who enjoy playing difficult missions, since difficult missions give higher rewards than the easy and medium missions, players who play the game a lot would enjoy doing difficult missions. none the less if the missions were to have equal difficulty, the reward range would also get shortened, ie; if you get all 3 easy missions you get a small amount of reward, if you get all medium mission, a bit more of a reward than the easy one but a lot more time invested, and if an average player who plays no more then an hour or two gets an all difficult mission don't you think itd be as good as ruining his mission streaks, in that case why cant devs simply give difficult missions rarely? well if that were the case the super rare rewards would also slim out quite a bit more than it already is.

in the end i dont really see how it would benefit anyone?

Except for the most recently added battle-mode, pretty sure everyone has experienced all the battle-modes to some extent.  And we knwo what we like - and what we don't like.

So getting a mission for a battle-mode I don't like won't induce me to play it, or play more. I will just play less and do fewer missions. End the day sooner.

Aditionally - getting 3 diff modes for 3 missions makes it a LOT harder to complete them as "daily".  Then changing one - to get a 4th mode does not help.  Nor does changing one to get a different mission in the same mode you just changed.  That's pretty silly of the system to give you back a mode you just changed.

I don't mind the easy > medium > hard arrangement, and they overlap often enough for me. If I'm lucky, I can finish all three missions in just three battles.

What I'd really like is for the weekly missions to be 9 and 18 daily missions instead of 10 and 20. Then you would only have to do all 3 missions on 4 days instead of 6, giving you the option of doing the hard mission over 2 days 3 times a week instead of just once. Or doing 18 daily missions in 6 days and having a day off.

Difficult missions take out a part of the total reward to themselves. Using the mission-change with ad option, I many times change the rewards to only crystals (if enough ads are available). And what I see is that the total reward is simply 3× the reward of the medium mission. So there's no super-rare reward.

It benefits the players as  they are able to get a higher reward, even by completing one mission. Think of it this way:

Say, your easy mission requires 1 battle; medium requires 1 or 2; and hard mission requires 3.

Having a limited time (say, 15-20 minutes), you only have the option to complete the easy and medium Mission; and you still get the '(2×Avg)-x' reward for it.

If there were 3 Medium Missions,

1. You can do any 2 of the 3 (if they require playing in different modes, and you don't have the time to play in each one). This gives you greater freedom. You can avoid a mission you don't like (and don't want to spend crystals to change) and do the other 2 for a '2×Avg' reward.

2. If you have the time to do all three, you won't get bored playing in that one mode that the hard mission requires. Your battles will be spread out amongst the three.

For the first, lightest mission, 1 hour, for the middle mission 2 hours, and for the heaviest mission 3 hours of Premium Account, as possible rewards.

Players will have more motivation to play by using premium from mission(s), and it will decrease the bridge between the buyer and non-buyer players. Therefore, the advanced but non-buyer players can enforce theirself.

In general, it could be a paid-off business with all the players.

Please, look into this idea and thank you for your answer in advance!

What if whenever a weekly mission is completed by a player in a match, a gold box drops?

Let's say its a 10v10, there's a high chance of more than one person completing a weekly mission in that match. This could be 1/2/3 goldboxes in one match, along with 'naturally' dropped goldboxes... Quite a bit don't you think?

What if there was a daily quiz question (random for everyone), in which you have to answer on something about the game. To avoid anyone looking up the answers on the internet, the quiz question cannot be seen until the 'Quiz' tab is clicked... thereafter you have 20 seconds to answer the question. Most of these will be multiple-choice rather then words, the reason being obvious.

Only issue I see is that very soon after the update, the quiz questions could run out ?‍♂️

I would recommend the missions that were in the game several years ago the ones that were asking players to kill 9999 tanks or gain 99990 xp to come back as special missions with the same rewards! They were hard to be completed but it was worth it!

The special missions seem a bit too long at times for the average player. I realize they're designed for above average players, but it might be nice to give rewards with more missions as such:

Rather than a 20 day, 100k point mission to get 10 days of premium, you can have 4 missions. Getting 500,1000,1500 and 2000 kills. The prize for the 500 kills mission can be 2.5 premium days, and another 2.5 days for the next. That way, those of us who don't/can't spend too much time on Tanki can also benefit, while letting the value of the mission be most to those who dedicate the time. Probably gonna get rejected but it was worth a shot to try.

Well, you know, these missions are designed to keep people playing the game for long, so that players tend to buy stuff, hence making money for Alternativa. So, this just won't happen

I don't know why do we have 2 slots in the weekly missions tab that stay the same every week ( finish 10 missions / finish 20 missions )

Why don't we add more missions to these ones?

For example:

Second Slot :

========================

 Destroy 700 enemies

Use overdrives 800 times

Gain 7500 score in Matchmaking Battles

Finish 250 Battles in a specific mode ( example CTF )

Finish 250 battles in any mode

Earn 2500 Crystals in A specific mode or in any mode

Third slot ( finish 20 missions ) :

===========================

Destroy 1500 Enemy

Use overdrives 1600 times

Finish 500 battles in any mode or a specific mode

Gain 15 000 Score in MM battles

Earn 5000 Crystals in A specific mode or in any mode

THE GOAL OF THIS IDEA : is to have more weekly missions in the game especially in the 2nd slot and the 3rd slot that stay the same every week.

It's better to have "Complete 10/20 Daily Missions" as two fixed Weekly Missions as they usually include a variety of smaller tasks (in the form of daily missions), rather than a long, boring grind like earning heck loads of exp, or finishing battles in a single, dull mode. Imagine you get a weekly mission to finish 250 battles in Assault. Are you seriously gonna play ASL as the only mode throughout the week?

IMO, this is just taking away basic rewards from non-grinders.

Have a daily recurring special mission where if you score 500 (or whatever)points in MM you unlock the ability to earn battle funds in XpBp format battles for that day.

Mission is accessed through the "special" tab where all other Daily and Weekly missions are shown. Complete it and you're free to go and earn crystals in XpBp battles.

If there are players in xpbp battles that haven't done this special mission, their share goes to waste and is not shared amongst everyone else in that battle(or this will be exploited).

This might be similar to other games/ special missions, etc.

Three daily missions is a bit boring and for some reason when weekly missions get finished, you wait 3 days for new weekly missions. Also, weekly mission is just do daily missions which gets hectic. Why not have hourly missions, or longer term missions like one month that give better rewards. I know this might sound like i'm asking for more rewards and trying to get back special missions but:

a) I've never seen people complete the battle pass without premium and it's hard

b) Without premium I got to level 40 and that was WORK.

c) Every day, every week for every month it's the same thing: daily missions, more daily missions and stars. ?

One more thing. Ratings website has this thing called 'achievements'. Any chance we can get rewarded for this?
