Since I played Tanki Online, for all those years playing this game, I have noticed that there are so little players using both Freeze and Dictator. Even during holidays and special events. That means that there are almost no players using the Freeze and Dictator combos. To make this combo much more popular, it would be a good idea if developers create a special mission where players must be equipping both Freeze and Dictator to be able to complete the mission. Very soon, Tanki's Birthday is coming. This year, the game will turn 11 years old. Good life and future ahead of Tanki Online.

Below I have some examples of Freeze and Dictator combo missions:

1. Wear Freeze and Dictator combo in any matchmaking battles for a time period.

2. Destroy other Freeze players using both Freeze and Dictator.

3. Destroy a certain amount of Dictator players using both Freeze and Dictator.

4. Slow down enemies using both Freeze and Dictator.

The above missions are only examples. Developers can use any similar ideas they wish for Freeze/Dictator combo special missions.

My catchphrase I have for this combo is "You cannot run away from Flemish's grip". The nickname I use for Freeze is Flemish because the Freeze turret has a visual freezing effect similar to when someone sneezing in slow motion.

OK. Done with the joke phase above. Lets see cool combo Freeze/Dictator missions like this on Tanki's Birthday 2020.

I personally don't see dictator along with freeze much often but rather with viking.In my opinion its not guaranteed that bringing up a not so popular combo would make every one play missions and that too on tankis birthday where players should be having loads of fun. I've never tried it for myself but i do enjoy quite a lot of other combos aside this.

Regardless, we'll just have to wait and watch as to what devs have in store for us

No. Tanki Online is not dying. If it were, developers would of informed us about it. The game is making huge progress. That's why we get great updates like the one coming up today at 2 UTC.

Actually think Tanki should not have any special missions that require use of a particular equipment. Special missions should be inclusive, all of us should be able to achieve the mission if we want(or have time). These types of mission are not inclusive as not everyone has the required equipment in first place.

I have a better idea for a special mission. It's simply called "RIDDLER_8" and the description says "Be RIDDLER_8". So if your nickname is RIDDLER_8, you automatically complete the mission and the reward is 1000 containers.

That is a great idea for such a mission. Sharing a Dictator's overdrive with team mates in matchmaking battles would really encourage team work. That is a mission we need for Tanki's Birthday.

IMO, the dictator freeze combo isn't really that great. I mean, sure you're all set for close range skirmishes, but most of the time, you're gonna be travelling. Dictator is slow, and it's OD is short ranged to use the freeze effect from it, and freeze is a melee range turret.

 

It would do wonders in small maps like sandbox, sandal, bobruisk, and Iran. But in bigger maps like magisterial Kungur, and solikamsk it would pretty much fail due to the lack of versatility.

Yeah, I know that Freeze/Dictator combo is bad for big maps, but great for small maps. However, my priority in this thread is to make this combo more popular.

I couldn't find an appropriate forum thread to post this -- This seems to be the closest to anything pertaining to challenges
 

Something's that would help increase interest in participating in challenges :

1. Splitting the 100 Tankoins reward at the 20th,30th,40th and 50th Tiers of challenge ( Say 10 - 20 - 30 - 40 )

              ---- This instills a feeling of being rewarded for a player's efforts.

              ---- Add a bonus 50 Tankoins to the Gold Pass - I'm sure no one would argue to that --- Buyers won't worry about 50 Tankoins , Non - Buyers upon saving up for Battle Pass will feel great with the extra 50 Tankoins at the end.

 

2. A better reward mechanism - the closer you inch towards the final goal - individual tier rewards should be increased .

For example : Instead of 15 supplies each in silver tier make it 20(say at tier 22 ) then 25(at tier 32) and cap it at 25 supplies from any tier thereafter.

 

3. Make the crystal rewards different --- Getting 2.5k crystals for 3 tiers at the end is a terrible feeling .

 

4. Introduce special missions regarding Challenges ---  people will use HTML5 more and also gets them to play more --- (A bonus for going ahead with challenges.)

Say get 10 stars (reward - 5 supplies) : get 100 stars (reward - 20 Repair kits --- nothing big just an added bonus) and so on.

It's similar to the "Use 1000 Speed boost boxes " which rewarded a measly 10 DD (Justified by saying it was a BONUS - as those supplies would've been used anyway)

Rather than a 20 day, 100k point mission to get 10 days of premium, you can have 4 missions. Getting 500,1000,1500 and 2000 kills. I agree with you, it's a pretty good Idea that we find in a lot of game : steps in the missions, so we could win rewards for each level of the mission, and the global difficulty and reward are the same at the end of all the steps than the actual specials missions.

Furthermore, tanki can add mission which rewards skills : like catch 3 flags/balls in a game, finish 3 or 5 times in a row first of his team or battle. We could make these missions in a few time if we are good, or try again and again... Skills will be our best friends for that, and not no-life and credit card... Like the actual mission : spend 1111 supplies in a day, because we have to play a whole day, and we rarely have so much supplies. And an another mission ask to do this 11 times in... 11 days (we can make the first mission only one time per day), so we are supposed to do it every day lol... This is not being a good player, but just not have life.

I LOVE SPEND TIME PLAYING TANKI ONLINE... BUT I HAVE ALSO A LIFE OUT ( and i'm sure i can play well... Sometimes ... Just let us show it in rewarding skills !!)

Hi.This is a request about changing a weekly mission which i OFTEN get , i.e , Be in the top 3 of the WINNERS team for 15 matches . But Unfortunately it's really hard since (i do get 3rd place or less regularly) whenever i get inside the top 3,my team ends up loosing. And i'm not talking about a few hours or days, about a month and still no luck. I had matches when i was 1st place and the battle was a DRAW. But it did'nt count it . So at the minimum could the mission at least be changed to being in the top 3 but not necessarily be part of the winning team. I know this request might sound silly, but it is really unfair since i can't exactly control the outcome of my team.

I recommend you try playing a different game mode, since it seems right now you must be mostly playing CTF or RGB. Game modes like Assault and TDM very rarely end in a draw, while if you want high amounts of experience, a good way to do it is by playing with Dictator on Assault defending team and sharing your overdrive for extra points. Also use Mechanic or Engineer drones to get points from sharing supplies, if you can afford it.
