I think tanki needs more jobs. Reason for that is because only about 50 people have jobs and essentilly, a lot more of us woul love to serve tanki, it is not fair to them, so I think this list of jobs should be made

 

Photographer: takes photos of the reporter or what a reporter wants.

 

Referees: Invited to battles for a small amounts namely 500 crys but they will help to make gameplay fare well, like managing druggers and people who talk abusively in game chat.

 

Advisor: takes small fee but gives great advise, has power to rent equipment to test.

 

Question answer person: monitors rumour spreaders

 

Mentors, tutors: They give tutoring to people who want some by showing them and asking the person to do what he does.

 

Rank-up party people: Eragon33 touched on this a bit but I think there should be a group you can hire for things like rank up pics for vid of the week e.t.c.

 

I know these are subjobs, but is it fair to those who don't have a job but want to help tanki in any way?

A photographer isn't needed since reporters don't have to leave the computer to acquire images. Moderators already have act as referees since the two names almost mean the same thing. Advisers are basically experienced players that give advice and there are already of enough of them. Q and A person doesn't need to exist some random can almost answer any questions and rumors can easily by V-LOGS. I don't know how to answer the others because they're literally unnecessary.

If you continuously help with true passion and dedication, you are offered an official position which you utilise to do the same thing, just with greater authority and responsibility. Now, let us look at the posts you are suggesting to be created.

A photographer is useless in Tanki. It's not real life where reporters need photos of a place or person. Even if reporters do need a photo of, say, a battle or something, they do it themselves.

No helper ever takes currency of any form. Never. Be it in Tanki or real life. There are always selfless people who will help you regardless of whether they will be rewarded for it or not.

Job of a referee is already performed by chat moderators.

All moderators are basically advisors. You can even ask advice to some other experienced players.

Tutoring is a subjective job. People will ask for tutoring in different fields. Instead of creating a mess out of it by making it an official post, it's better to find a person who is willing to tutor you.

Many groups already exist to help people with Rank up, like Rent-A-Spec and Tanki Volunteer Club.

If there are people who want to help Tanki, then they should help. If they do so in a proper manner and with dedication, nothing will prevent them from getting a helper position.

If you are not accepted, perhaps it will be better if you think why you are not accepted. Maybe you'll realise your own shortcomings and improve upon them. As I said in the first line, 'You don't need a job to help'. As for the jobs stated above, I have given good enough reasons as to why they will never be created.

Advisor: takes small fee but gives great advise, has power to rent equipment to test.

Any player can do this. Will never be paid.

Tanki only needs jobs that help keep the community clean and assist players with issues they may have. There won't be more jobs added just for the sake of having more jobs for players to be able to apply for.
