ripped off by the daily missions screen

I just lost thousands of crystals on the daily missions screen.

 

Every time I clicked on something, I was losing crystals, and I didn't know it.

 

What a scam.

 

Give me my crystals back!

Its no scam, and its not  ripping off man :)

 

the first time you want to change, u see this "change" with no price on it,

but after you change one, another change needs some crystals ;)

 

So, it is "your" fault that you didnt pay attention to that, and knowing Tanki help desk,

 

They will probably say "We dont compensate for the crystals you spent unknowingly,

But anyways, try your luck, they might want to be generous as the daily missions are new

 

and some people dont pay much attention at first,

I feel like a fool and would like to know if TO can help me out.  After completing the daily missions today I was horrified to see that the crystals in my account dropped from 30k to 10k!  I though at first it was some kind of bug and so I logged out and back in again several times to see if the crystals would return but they didn't.  I alerted the online chat to make sure others didn't try to compete the missions before the bug was fixed but was told that I must have made several changes to the daily missions which deducted crystals from my account.  Indeed I made several changes as I merrily clicked through the missions to see what was on offer not for one moment thinking what was happening to my account.  Now I've competed the missions but my account has dropped from 30k down to 10k and I feel such an fool for not realising this.  Can TO help me get the crystals back please? :(

It does cost to change your missions you realise...

I don't mind if I lose the daily mission bonus but clearly I wouldn't knowingly click through the missions had I realised what was happening.  I hope Tank Online can see that.

You can't ask for your Crystals back in such a case. Crystals are given only because of a bug/glitch that Tanki directly caused. If you clicked a button without understanding what it does or if you just clicked it by mistake - it's your mistake, not Tanki's, and therefore you won't get the Crystals. That's the case, sorry :mellow:

You can't ask for your Crystals back in such a case. Crystals are given only because of a bug/glitch that Tanki directly caused. Actually, I can ask them to t help and I have emailed them.  I know it's my mistake and not Tanki's, I haven't blamed them only myself.

They won't. Tanki Help barely gives Crystals to players that go through Golds (due to this stupid glitch everyone knows), so they won't give Crystals back in this case. Sadly, I think that they'll be right not to give Crystals in this case.

This isn't remotely the same situation as gold.  If anything, you sound to me like you are enjoying my misfortune.  I hope Tanki prove you wrong.

Having just written that I got an email from help and they say this:

 

"Hello!

Changing of daily missions is chargable service, unfortunately, compensation is impossible in this case."

 

So all those that feel negative about Tanki support are correct in their assumption that Tanki help is anything but help.   I'm annoyed with myself and I'm a fool for not noticing the charge on my account and a fool for thinking Tanki would see it was a genuine mistake on my behalf.

This was no accident.   It was a scam for force us to buy more crystals.

I am in the same situation, i lost around 50000 crystals. Nice robbery method they played on us, knowing not everyone will pay close attention to the new trick .

What, really? now blame TO for what was actually your fault?

 

Yes I agree TO Devs have done some updates which make playing harder for non-buyers.

But this is just going so much,

 

It had been said in V-logs like more than 1ce that only the first one is free, it was also said in the specific topic from 1 day before it

 

 

If for some reason you don’t like a mission, or find it too hard to complete, you can exchange it for a task of a different type. You can do this once a day for free, and any number of times after that for a specific amount of crystals. The cost in crystals will depend on your rank.

 

I know TO has done some bad updates in a while, BUT this is going just too far, blame even your own fault on them?

Big argument, but yes, you should pay attention to the full updates. Check them out in the forum, and yes, only 1 is free, as mentioned in the v log. I feel as if i get a lot of rewards, but i like them. Keep them this way Tanki!
