I sent a message to help@tankionline.com, that my account had been stolen by hacker. You know now, they sent me to answer 11 questions. After that, at the end, they said to me: 'your account had been stolen by a hacker. We have successfully recovered the access to your account, and we sent your new password to your new email. We strongly recommend to change the password of the email which is your account linked in.'

 

Now the problem is, when I visit that new email, there is nothing there. Helpe. I thought I recovered my lovely acc., but I visited all emails that I had, and no messages, no password. :(

Send the help desk another mail, with the Email you were communicating with them,

 

then tell them to send details to the Email you want, again ;)

(on the same conversation which they told you they sent it )
