I forgot password and I can't access

Ok now, my account is linked to an email, and I go to lost nickname or password, and I enter my email.  The problem is that every time I visit that link that they sent on my email, it always says "the link you have passed is corrupted".

Change your browser and try again. If that doesn't work, clear all your cache and history and try again.

Did you make sure to do all of this from the same computer?

That message usually appears when that link was sent from a different computer, that might be the problem. :)

How long after do you visit the page if you visit the page after 5 min the page doesn't work hope the helps you :)
