Did devs consider this idea or not yet?

I'm guessing they've seen it, but this seems like such a complex thing that it won't be started for another few years (if at all).

for this update whole economy system has to be reworked as crystal generation is the biggest part of our economy and we are talking about adding different variables to crystal generation

That rule only applies to ideas, where players aren't suggesting anything new and simply want more crystals. Something along the lines of "Please make the funds bigger I can't earn enough crystals!". 

Thats what you saying! Players will search for 1.8 founds to get more crystals. That means more players WILL get more crystals. Once polygon becomes rare, players will get TONS of crystals...

 

You... You just have to reject his idea :D
