There is no set number of "Let's Discuss..." topics that is inappropriate, so long as the content of those topics is reasonable. If there is such a time, when a particular topic, or a number of topics require closing, one of the Forum Moderators or Administrators will handle the situation as accordingly. This topic, for example, is pointless, and only contributes to a flood of unneeded topics. So in an effort to keep the forum tidy, so we don't get jammed up with unnecessary and pointless topics, and furthermore to contribute to the cause you so clearly support...
