Cannot Estabilish Connection

It means that you're not connected to the internet; your modem isn't connected to the internet cabel, or one of the ports you have used to connect to your PC/Laptop to is damaged/not connected.

 

Restart the router and try again.

try closing programs, apps or websites that are collapsing your broadband. It happens to me when my YTD Video Downloader is running and I try to access to TankiOnline...so, when I close it the access is normal (considering I use a Wi-Fi connection).
