   I try to Send mail but I still get the same message back to me .

   Is this valid address for you?

   My friend no longer has access to his account and I do not know how to inform the taki online support ?

Anyways, you should not be the one writing to the Tech Support but your friend should since he is the owner of the account with issues.

Maybe you have bad internet and the mail is not been able sent to TO help-desk.

Try retyping the email, in case you did any spelling mistake.

Try sending the mail with another e-mail ID, in case the messenger has disabled you from sending mails (maybe..:unsure:)

First of all thank you for you reply.

The adresse was indeed correct, i had to use another computer to send my support mail to Tonline support and they told me treat my request.
