The new prices are the same as the old ones. The 120000 package is replaced with the 200000 one. Such morons.  I'm sure glad I stopped paying a long time ago. 

 

I sure hope they pay their programmers well because they are the only one saving Tanki from disaster because their management and people skills are some of the worst I've seen.

Well, let me ask u something are u a representative of a Credit/Debit card agency, selling cards/ banks acc to everyone?? -_-

you buy crystals and would love to invest more? good..

but stop suggesting ways, one can't implement. u are saying open bank acc or get a card. its not an easy task. u r defying the fact that majority of players are under 15. plus opening a bank acc in any country requires undergoing various levels of verifications. who cares to open an acc or get a card just for tanki? i'd rather not play a game like this. 

one cannot in any way "own" a credit / debit card by any means under the age 18 [lowest/ may increase in various countries], else the card is marked minor, limiting it use [offline @ ATM's only, correct me if i m wrong]

 

i have a credit card, even a paypal acc. but due to my country's rules and regulations for banking we can't use any card for internation purchase, but only to recieve money. paypal is also not allowed to hold funds in our country too. left with only gift cards and SMS.

 

so my point is stop imposing ur ideas on others when u don't understand their situation.

+ it much more easy to get hands on a gift card then to undergo the hectic process of banking for a ~15 player [majority]  <_<

I argee with what you mentioned. Thanks for speaking it out. I agree it is not wise to do so much banking stuff for just buying online game items. I agree that for those under-age (for credit cards) players, like me, prepaid and gift cards are way more easy to aquire, convenient and user friendly. After I have received the Subway gift card as a present last week, I started realising that in the future I could buy the gift card not only at Subway restaurants but also at most of the supermarkets, drugstores and convenient stores. I can even get one by 12 midnight at the drugstore nearby where I live, if I really need one. See how convinent it is. Furthermore, I can top up my card with any value I want at any Subway restaurant; 50 cents, $2, $50 as much as I want. I bought crystlas before with Paysafe card but I decided to use gift card in the future because there is no extra service charge and it is so user friendly as I mentioned above. However, after this mess up of crystal price and they didn't fix it and even make it worse (USD has the worst pricing comparing the EUR and the Russian currency in the 31st July version), I decided that I am not buying any crystals until they make it to a more reasonable and better price.

For example: If you buy in Russia for 299 RUB (5.07 USD) you get 22500 crystals. But if you buy in the rest of World for 9.99 USD you get 19000 crystals.

 

For less money in Russia (in RUB) you get more crystals then if buy for more USD in the rest of the World !

All we want and what we all think is that would be fair that non-Russian players have the same prices like Russian players. With cards and with SMS

 

Because Russian players pay twice less in RUB than we non - Russian in RSD, USD, EUR

I know it looks stupid and I fully understand the fact that you are not happy at all. However, this is the only way to go — to make crystal/currency rates fair in several minor steps instead of one major one. 

 

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused, and assure you as the lead CM of TO that I will do my best to make sure this does not happen again.

Honestly, I have no idea at this point in time. Speculating on this wouldn't make any sense. I will be honest, it might take a lot of time, but we have the intention to make prices more fair.

Rest assured that we will continue to explore ways to make Euro and USD purchases more advantageous for players. However, it will take some time.

So it is proven that those who buy with RUB get a distinct advantage. In fact even those who buy with EUR get an advantage over USD buyers (even though the euro is almost equal to the dollar). Some sort of anti-US bias it seems?

Basically what I take from this is that the Russian players would be furious that players around the world get the same as them, since it is their game and the rest of the world are guests and should pay a premium to have the pleasure of playing with them.

We wouldn't want the Russian players to be upset and stop buying.

So here is some more disturbing information.
 
The amount of "free" crystals you receive in a package is different depending whether you are on a EN sever or RU server.  Even before we get to price they get an advantage and this completely wrong. I would like to hear the explanation for just this, never mind the difference in cost.

• RU  -  if you buy 15000 you get 7500 for free. = 22500
• EN  -  if you buy 15000 you get 4000 for free. = 19000
• So that is 3500 more crystals just for buying on the RU servers.

Pictures to prove this are in the spoiler. RU is first and EN second.

 

 
So now lets look at the difference in cost.

• The 15000 pack on the RU server costs 299 Rubles.
• The 15000 pack on the EN server costs 630.16 Rubles.

Picture in the spoiler as proof.

Don't forget they also get more free crystals. So lets break it down a little further.

• RU - 22500 / 299 = 75.25    Which means they get 75.25 crystals per ruble.
• EN - 19000 / 630.16 = 30.15 Which means we get 30.15 crystals per ruble.

That is approximately 60% more crystals just for buying on the RU server. Another unfair advantage.

 

What I can't understand is why there is such a unfair advantage given to the Russians. The exchange rate should be the only deciding factor in the cost to players from different countries.

 

 

Solution:  The simplest thing would to sell all crystals in Rubles and let the exchange rate determine the cost to the player. You can't get any fairer then that.

i am also one of your highest paying customers / development supporting customer as i have two accounts and buy crystals for them both .

 

you could say i have spent well over £1500 in total . so i would hope that gives me a right to say how annoyed and upset i am about your refusel to treat all tanki players the same !

 

how is it fair that russian tanki players spend 50% less on the crystals they buy than the rest of us around the world ?

 

what you guys did on the 30th july was fantastic - it meant buying crystals was the same price around the world no matter where you lived BUT less than 24 hours you do a  COMPLETE U-TURN and screw over non-russian players once again !!!

 

i am not asking for much here tanki ! all i am asking for is a bit of respect ! treat us all the same PLEASE!

I agree with everything you said but I believe, given their history and past form, tanki does not really care about you as an individual supporter of this project. Speaking up and asking for a bit of respect just labels you as a trouble-maker. You're also inviting negative and condescending comments from players who have not spent a penny on this game. You'll never get a real thank you or acknowledgement for your loyalty.

 

What they should do is to create vip avatars for loyal players like yourself in order to separate you from others here in the forum who have not been so committed to the game.
