Changing teams in battles

It is a simple topic some times usee that there is a team totally winning and other team cant do any thing and battles end. The map i play most is rio ctf so if my team lost the match badly then it is like this guys 3 or 5 vs 9 so if we change and equal the team like in 1 it is like that

so asiftanker_superman will be in red tea and damn_sloww in blue team then it will be a close match
