GUYS DO NOT BUY ANY MORE STUFF UNTIL WE GET A CONFIRMATION ABOUT UNITY NOT SCRAPPING OUR ACCOUNTS...if i knew about this crap.i would have not bought bunch of stuff in june...

This is bad, I think that better way would be that rewards will stay same, but missions more difficult. Please remove this experiment.

Well, just for all those of you that still have delusions Tanki is still good - looks at the Stats. Each and every player that has been in Tanki a year ago, knows that the graphs in the homepage showing the amount of players in every moment of the day have been diving since Crystal Boxes were removed. I remember seeing that there were easily 80k Players online at the peak of the day. Now there are barely 50-60k online in the most busy hours. 

you  are so spot on...you just read my mind.i compared the graphs from last year.the peak year stats have been going down.it used to be at 93k.it 's gone down to 73k..tankionline is going down because of some unnecessary updates and lack of major updates which would rejuvenate the game..i do not know if they lack money or expertise in making games...but it is true

 

TANKIONLINE IS GOING DOWN!!,been here for 1 year 5 months and I think giving shaft lazer was one of the first nails in the coffin for tanki!

check the russian forums...it is not sure but 50-50 chances...so my advice do not buy any more stuff until we get a confirmation... :)

First of all, ajitvik, there has been absolutely no official announcement as to what will happen when TO Unity comes. Therefore, you are in no position to make that statement. Whether it's 50/50, 75/25 or 90/10 cannot be speculated in any way, so please stop spreading misinformation.

 

Second, this post is not about TO Unity, it is about Daily Missions, so stay on topic.

Let me tell you something: although I haven't ever bought Crystals (maybe I'd regret not buying Crystals a year ago, but now I certainly don't), I would be willing to represent all the buyers in a lawsuit against Tanki if the Unity Version were to force us to start our accounts from scratch. Tanki Developers are continuously ruining their once-upon-a-time-awesome game.

Everyone else, please make sure you re-read the original post correctly before asking questions or making assumptions.

 

The devs are making this decision based on data that they have collected over the past couple of weeks. They will continue to collect data and act accordingly in the best interest of the game. And by "the best interest of the game" I mean, "keeping the game in a healthy balance so that players can continue to enjoy it".

 

Remember, if anything in the game balance is allowed to fly out the window, some people might enjoy the trip temporarily, but the game would be ruined in the long term, and then nobody — not even those having fun — will be able to play it anymore.

 

Please be supportive so that this situation can be turned into something positive i.e. a better, healthier game for everyone to enjoy.

Please, we all know that all you greedy developers care about is money.

Maybe we can link our accounts or something from Flash to Unity, and they could give us as many crystals as our Garage is worth?

But yeah starting from 0 would SUCK BIG TIME. 

 

But yeah I don't check Russian forums. I can't read Russian. So tough. Much headache when looking at it.

Hey, there's no precise info on that. Once the economical model of the new Tanki takes its final shape, we'll be able to tell. For now it's not clear at all. If it's close to the current model, there might be a transfer mechanism. If it's not, there will at least be goodies for those who were dedicated players of the current TO.

I knew this is coming.  Anything GOOD that TO has done good after SOCALLED REBALNCE is only and only Daily Missions and now reducing prizes to 50% and U all SEEE DMs are going to rest in PEACE after some time, because they want us to spend money.. for that they are closing each and every way to get crystals.. IN THE FUTURE, THE ONLY WAY TO GET CRYSTALS IS ONLY '''''''BUYING"... I am not surprised with this update and also expecting this to be happen... RIP DMs and RIP TO

I don't buy crystals either. But I have given tanki my time and energy to reach this far the rank of Lieutenant General. I started playing Tanki 8 mos ago.

How is it that Tanki is ceaselessly losing its popularity? How is it that less and less players purchase Crystals than beforehand? Don't you think something's gone wrong in the Developers' attitude to the game if the players are so negative about the latest updates?

MATE,MAKING THE MISSIONS HARDER AND GIVING THE DAILY REWARDS SAME AS BEFORE is the best thing ...higher the rank harder the missions..what is wrong in it?

they have also increased the prize of the drugs kit back to 157k...

 

for people like me who do not buy things like some crazy druggers,this was a boon...it is gone now..i was saving crystals for buying a drug kit...

i was happy to complete missions in days for good rewards.

 

who cars about missions now for some stupid supplies and 600 crystals..lol..

Two weeks ago we rolled out the Daily Missions feature and it has proven to be hugely popular.

 

As with every new feature we release, we’ve been monitoring all the data and statistics very closely. This analysis cannot be done on test servers because these can never accurately predict what will happen in the actual in-game world.

 

From our observations, it is clear that the current system for mission difficulty vs reward is out of balance and requires re-adjustment. As it is, the system is affecting the game’s economy negatively.

 

We understand that the feature is popular as it is. However, we must consider the long-term consequences of our decisions. If we allow the system to remain as it is, the game economy will lose stability, ultimately ruining the game for players.

 

Therefore, as an experiment, we have lowered the daily mission reward sizes by 50%.

 

A few important points:

• The rewards for daily missions that have already been issued will not be changed
• Only the rewards for missions issued after the change will be affected
• Missions with XT prizes will not be affected

We’ll be monitoring the daily mission statistics very closely, increasing or decreasing rewards and difficulty accordingly until we find the right balance.

Reduced rewards for 50%?!?!?!?!?!!?!?Ridiculus and unlikely.
