Important Changes in Daily Missions Rewards

Tankers,

 

Two weeks ago we rolled out the Daily Missions feature and it has proven to be hugely popular.

 

As with every new feature we release, we’ve been monitoring all the data and statistics very closely. This analysis cannot be done on test servers because these can never accurately predict what will happen in the actual in-game world.

 

From our observations, it is clear that the current system for mission difficulty vs reward is out of balance and requires re-adjustment. As it is, the system is affecting the game’s economy negatively.

 

We understand that the feature is popular as it is. However, we must consider the long-term consequences of our decisions. If we allow the system to remain as it is, the game economy will lose stability, ultimately ruining the game for players.

 

Therefore, as an experiment, we have lowered the daily mission reward sizes by 50%.

 

A few important points:

  • The rewards for daily missions that have already been issued will not be changed
  • Only the rewards for missions issued after the change will be affected
  • Missions with XT prizes will not be affected

We’ll be monitoring the daily mission statistics very closely, increasing or decreasing rewards and difficulty accordingly until we find the right balance.

Now there is No POINT in Completing the Missions , I Better say The Daily bonus system was Pretty Good , instead creating an Idea of Daily Missions , Going in Full Swing , and then Ruining it . Now Most of the players does't complete any mission , Agree ? 

 

Instead they just play the game , and earn some crys through that , they why should they create this thing  ?? . Missions were Going soo Good for players who are not a Big Purchaser , but now  :wacko: . Really I would go for the Daily bonus . This might not be removed , as same as the camera views . 

 

I think Many of the players LEFT tanki before , And then when they heard the news of Mission , many came back , even this players which i invited to , and even me too .

That's exactly i am doing right now.I feel bored to complete any missions,i don't care to complete any of them. There is just no point of doing that.And do you know why i don't to complete any of them?Because i feel like a poor guy who is working all day just to take a slice of bread as a reward in order to leave.Ahhh i forgot one more thing..Have ever developers thought that some people can't buy crystals??( Of course they have.They just don't care)Let's take myself for example.I am a 15 years old child who used to buy crystals in the past using the prepaid card called paysafe.Now,even if i wanted to buy crystals i can't because paysafe cards are repealed in my country and there is no way a 15 years old child get a visa card or a mastercard.Even if i get one of them one day there is no way to use it to do purchases online because online purchases are not very safe and i don't trust them.So i am a 15 years old tankman whose ( in the game )dream for getting a m3 combo is getting ruined by some guys whose only thoughts are how to get more money from the players and how to enforce non buyers to buy crystals in order to have a nice vacation...Why am i writing all these things?I know noyone cares about me or other kids who are playing this game..I know that they only care about money..But wait...this reminds me a lot the real word where humans are trying to get advantage of others in order to have a better life with more comforts,where only money talk and not human hearts.....

If by chance this system remains in the game, then pls, either increase the rewards by some% OR decrease the skipping amount. One is not nob to skip a mission for 1650 "to get" a reward of 1000 crystals!

lel so hard missions and so less reward :/ they are ruining it daily rewards better than it cause most of the time we ain't get equal to it and thr should be unlimited changing cause changing a mission for 1675 and then reward is so less

well tanki please read...

 

can you go back to the start and please read regarding  XP hornet due to the fact either you miss informed us on the missions and said there will be more then one and it would be random on getting one or was it that you only had one for the players to get and as we all know you love your Russian players better then the others ..so please correct this...............yes i`m rip ROARING MAD

What are those supermissions?

the hardest missions...with an XT or tons of crystals or supplies as a reward.......do 9999 kills or gain 99999exp...

 

in daily missions they said they will discount the mission prize by 50% but the supermissions are hard so i would want the supermissions to stay like they were before

It's like tanki doesn't want to make it possible to earn enough crystals (without buying) to purchase any thing above m1

It's not "like" they don't. And, as it happens, they sort of have a point (they do need to get money somehow). But they've handled this, PR-wise, very badly.

Tanki another ****** update like usual why do u bother just close the doors pull the plug , nobody is foolish enough to buy crystals, plenty better and cheaper games out there .Just end your agony

they are not changed..they are still the same....check that out....

 

wake up the mission have change you get less now then before in crystals..others have been saying it in the forum also

If you would tell that to Ptolemy when he stated the Earth was the center of the universe, would he accept it? Of course, in this era we know that  that wasn't true, but unless there was a way of disproving it with proper evidence, it would still be believed to be true. So unless you provide proper evidence regarding transfer of accounts to Unity, it should not be labeled as misinformation as no one has proved it invalid. All that has been said is 'Wait and watch' and that isn't very reassuring.

 

If you won't tell us if it will be transferred or not, we have the right to believe either as true. 

Just before the new KIT system was introduced Semyon had said that for the equipment you owned you did't have to pay in the KIT. This has been changed without informing us.

I would not and I do not believe anything they say that it is permanent - I believe it is the idea NOW but there is no guarantee that it will be the same tomorrow. It is valid for a day or two, and then they just change that.

 

I still play the game, but stopped buying as they are not creditable and trustworthy anymore. Sorry to say, but I believe only what I see. And only for that moment. I saw they changed their mind so many times. On the other hand: they can do that, and they have the right doing that. So, don't be surprised.if they promise something and then something else happens.

 

About Unity: they said several months ago that our accounts will be transferred. If they think that brings more money they will transfer. If they think the opposite, they won't transfer. Regardless what they said. It is that simple. Keep in mind, this is legal and not a scam.

as for the daily missions:

 

It starts being demotivating. I would prefer more difficult missions than lower bonus. Especially with my less than WO account, why the hell would I struggle completing a mission if the bonus is only 2+2 supplies. 

The original mission system was definitely out of balance. But no it is demotivating.

 

There should be something in between, or some changes in another way.

I'd gladly work harder for the old, big rewards, but I"ll seldom work at all for a piddly reward. Don't the Tanki developers understand how motivation works for most of us--in a game like this?

One problem was little thought was put into the missions and rewards. In one instance I got over 5,000 crystals for getting 1000XP on a map. In another instance the reward was the same for only getting 300XP on a map.

I find it very hard to believe that the old, big rewards were going to ruin the game economy. Everybody who wanted to work a little bit could earn those nice big rewards. And then spend/use. Seems like a good economy. Perhaps someone from Tanki could explain what exactly is meant by 'game economy' and how it was going to be ruined. Now, if someone can spend 100 US dollars on crystals and buy the best equipment and tons of supplies, and others for whatever real-life reason can't or won't, that might wonk up  the game economy.  Perhaps the big rewards were going to hurt the company's economy.
