Important Changes in Daily Missions Rewards

I will never use the Change Mission button. My precious crystals! :D

I always use my free change button. :P

 

But yeah, maybe give us more than three missions?

Would that work?

The ups and downs of server population, as well as the other issues you mention, have already been very well explained in a number of other posts, all of which you are free to read any time.

 

I repeat, this is not the place to discuss those topics, and that's my final answer to your question.

Tell us where is that post, please. When i started playing (half a year ago maybe, idk) 120000 people was online same time, now we can barely reach 75000.

Thanks for the free crystals anyway.

I hope you won't decrease x5 funds to x2,5 after this -.-

Bad update as it gives very less crystal for completing the missions. In my opinion older values are better than this. Please don't nake these changes.

I didn't say it had to be true, I was imposing that they shouldn't label it as misinformation..

Maybe it's not misinformation, but I have a big thing to tell all of those who are wondering what's going on with Unity: instead of spreading speculations and saying that we may all get screwed - we haven't gotten any information about what's gonna happen, so just shut up! As a guy with quite a big mouth, I can tell you that I've learned something important: when you don't have any knowledge about something, shut up and wait for the professionals to clear things up. I'm not implying that your worries are wrong nor right - just keep them to yourselves and wait for them to be confirmed or proven false.

If we allow the system to remain as it is, the game economy will lose stability, ultimately ruining the game for players.

Sorry, but please can you explain this?

 

Say there was a mission M, with a reward of 2000 crystals for rank 10 and 1000 crystals for rank 5. So the rank 10 gets 2 times more crystals which I think is fair given they have 2 times higher rank.

 

Then (after the change), there is a mission M, with a reward of 1000 crystals for rank 10 and 500 crystals for rank 5 (50% reduction). So the rank 10 again gets 2 times more crystals (which I think is fair given they have 2 times higher rank).

 

In both cases, the players are getting a proportional reward based on their rank. So how exactly was the previous system ruining the game for players when the balance between different ranks remains the same? (Don't get me wrong, I don't mind the balance itself as it was or is.)

 

If you mean that it was ruining the game for paying players, why don't you say that explicitly? Thanks.

This game is getting worst day by day :( . You have got a huge amount of dislikes still you guys don't have a mind ? You guys should give benefit to us not to yourself !

If you would tell that to Ptolemy when he stated the Earth was the center of the universe, would he accept it? Of course, in this era we know that  that wasn't true, but unless there was a way of disproving it with proper evidence, it would still be believed to be true. So unless you provide proper evidence regarding transfer of accounts to Unity, it should not be labeled as misinformation as no one has proved it invalid. All that has been said is 'Wait and watch' and that isn't very reassuring.

 

If you won't tell us if it will be transferred or not, we have the right to believe either as true. 

 The only reliable information about this and any other issue can only be obtained via Tanki Online official channels. There is still no definitive answer as to what will happen when the Unity version is released, so any claim you make is pure speculation. And when you state speculation as fact, you are spreading misinformation.

 

Oh, and Ptolemy... please let's not go there. We might get into a very idiotic discussion.

 

Now, please stop talking about Unity. That's not the topic of this post.

Tanki won't earn money anymore and will have to close the game . Simple logic .

I think tanki administration choose easy way.

 

I think we need a types of daily missons. For example red-yellow-green ( this prize list for higher ranks)

 

 

Red: 9999 kill, 99999 exp, 1000 finish 1st, 1000 capture flag, take 10 gold box, ...  --------> prices= XT, 50k+ cry, 500+ sup.

 

Yellow: 999kill, 9999 exp, 50-100 finish 1st , 50-100 capture flag, gold boox, ... --------> prices= 10k+ cry, 10+ sup.

 

Green: 0-99kill, 0-999 exp, 0-10 finish 1st, 0-10 capture flag, 0-10 double power, ... --------> prices= 1k+ cry, 50+ sup.

 

 

Because some people like to complete mission and some people don't. If you do that we can complete the missions by a week for red, day for yellow, hour for green. Everybody choose whatever they want. Maybe you can add time limit for become the missions harder (i know you like it :D ). Dailiy missons is a good idea but solution isn’t decrease cry you must look at this situation with different angle.

If you guys want to decrease the amount of daily mission by 50% than also decrease the amount of guns , hulls and paint by 50% then it might work.

Let's be real, this is because YOU as a company are making less profit; It has nothing to do with us as players.

 

Before the update, I'd get on at 7:00 PM PT to get my daily bonus and log out. I'd play a battle or two on Madness CTF every 2-5 weeks 'cause it was fun jumping from 150ft and doing spins with Rico or Rail.

After the update, I'd do my missions if the rewards were crystals, and if they drugs, I'd do them if it wasn't a stupid mission or too hard to achieve for the rewards. And once the missions were over, I'd play 2-5 battles a day.

 

Before the update, I was making less than 5k crystals per week, and I did not play battles to obtain more because it was too hard and too boring.

After the update, I was making around 10k crystals per week, sometimes up to 20k, and played WAY more battles than I would normally play in a month because it was fun to play for the fun of it, and I did not have to grind--that was already done through missions--I just played BECAUSE I WANTED TO, not because I needed to.

 

Before the update, I had given up on TO, to be perfectly honest.

After the update, I wanted to play as much as I did when during my first week of TO.

What I believe will actually help the game, is

1) to make all missions available at once, and once players players do all missions, the missions reset and refresh.

2) to increase the difficulty of:

  • pick up boxes by 50-100%
  • exp. in an specific map by 50%
  • exp. in an specific play mode by 50%
  • capture an specific number of flags by 25%
  • destroy an specific number of tanks by 50%
  • make reward for capturing a goldbox 5,000 crystals, and make this mission competently rare to get; and for the player that gets this mission, increase the chance of a goldbox dropping in the map he is playing by 100% if and only if there are 10+ players in the map (Idk if this mission exist, but if it does, this is how I think it should be approached)
  • capture points missions do not get an increase in difficulty
  • be #1 in a battle changes to be top3 of the winning team

3) lower the amount of crystal needed to change mission by 50%

4) not lowering rewards from missions by 50%, at best, they should only be lowered by 20%

5) keep the "Other Sum" option when buying crystals, for those of us that like to buy in bulks

 

This is all I have come up with

That would make the whole thing useless. The point is to give players less crystals because "it makes the game unbalanced".

I agree we all went a bit off topic in this case. I have one last question - if this isn't the place to ask officials such questions, what place is?

I'm saying this is not the post to do it. In this post we're announcing a decision on Daily Missions and you guys are free to give feedback on it and discuss it. We're open to that. Each post has a specific topic, and unless we want the forum to become a total mess, we must stick to each post's respective forum.

 

Honestly, (and I don't say this in anger mind you), I've been in forums that are so strict, you could get a 1 day ban just for asking an unrelated question in a post. I don't advocate such a forceful approach, but sometimes the situation in this forum tends to get a little too out of hand.

 

So please stay on topic so we don't damage the discussion.

this is not cool man .....u can increase the difficulty of the missions like today i got a mission for capturing 3 flags and the reward was 33 mines and 34 doble armour ....you can increase the number of flags to be captured but please  man don't decrese the reward. daily missions is the best thing in tanki online at the moment .i daily login immediately after the server updates to see what new missions i have got ......50 % reduction in reward  is toooo much :(

But now I can get crystals SO much quicker and I don't think it caused any problems and I'm quite upset because the reduction is going to slow down my saving for M2 Hornet  :(

Actually, I think that the main point of those changes in the missions is quite reasonable: having such a big income would make players stock up on items they would normally think twice before even making a glance towards them.

 

My main argument is that Tanki did care a lot about balancing the game once we had a too big income; but when we had a too little income (without Crystal Drops), they didn't do any balance whatsoever.

Yeah, its not working out, it was too much, so is my playing tanki, I think i'll cut down on playing by 50%, and cut down on telling my friends about the game by 50% too.

I will too, I hope everyone that dislikes how they're ruining this game does as well to show how we feel about this type of updates!

whats the harm in speculation.it only saves money for non buyers like me...my friend i am only warning them to be careful
