Can't change password

So I decided to change my accounts password 2 make it more difficult. I went 2 settings and pressed Change password. A link was sent 2 my email 2 confirm. Every time I press the link it opens a new window and then this shows up 

 

 

I have NEVER been hacked before.

I have tried this a numerous amount of times:

I have this solution , dont open that link after its opened once , Go to your account back and click on change email or password. Go to your email back and open the link ( dont close your account that time ) . Then wait sometime (means much time  :D) for the loading to finish and it opens , and if not try this procedure again.

But it still won't work!

I even open my email fast but that message still shows up  :(

Please read what I posted!!! I asked how do I get rid of 'Link you have passed by is corrupted.' The link you gave me shows no information about that.
