idea to improve judging in contests

well as you know some of these contest tanki has been running has had some issues

like for example

face book

one

if you don`t have friends in your friends list and you have a tons of up vote they think your hacking the like vote button and yet some players have friends but refuse to add due to personal reasons with in tanki..

 not following rules

 

so this is your chance to help tanki improve areas for future judging to be fair for all players who enter

 

so to be one area is in sending in photos i feel that they should follow part of the forum rules in violators like you can only enter in the photo under the  account you took the photo on and no other one and if it was done on another account then it would be voided out of the contest ..

second

if you have issues with a contestant then that judge should not have the rights to place a vote in that contest and should bow out of voting but be able to host the contest

third

it should be done on a point system where as if you need to have certain things in the photo then you add the points and the one with the most points win the contes

fourth

if you have more then one account  in  the contest ....  it should be only allowed  one entry to the contest ..others would be removed from judging

also if players don`t follow rules along with judges then they should be removed from contest for example if it states a map is to be shown in the photo then if its not then  the contestant should be  voided from competing all together

fifth

rules must be follow no favorites from friends or anyone you break rules then your out plain and simple

six

if a player has won before there should be a time limited that he or she has to wait 3 months till the next contest so it gives others a fair chance to win

seven

ranks should also be different for example..gismo to marshal.... one winner  / ranks from General to colonel ....one winner /

                 then lieutenant to warrant  officer 5 ..one winner  / then warrant officer 4 to recruit ..one winner...

 

no second or third place winners also last one should be free for all that all ranks can enter...

 

also if you send in photo it must be able to be shown to all not given a link number you have to open to see ..there are to many things happening to players when opening those links now that you have little to no trust for them and then players can`t get to see the computation

Why make some sort of google forms for the contests like Qustion of the Week instead of answers on social media? Wouldn't that be more fair because even if a guy is lacking some friends he can still have a chance to win the contest.
