Loading Issue

Good morning everyone - I have been having an issue where I am unable to enter the game - I can access the home page but on trying to 'Play Game' I get the loading bar which slowly increases then stops at about 95%, never completing.

 

I am in the UK. I last logged into game successfully on 31st July and have not had any success since 2nd August.

 

Is this a known problem, will it fix itself, or do I need to update anything?

I have same problem. My network connection is good, i have a neighbour with same network connection and he has no problems. But all those problems started yesterday and today I still can't play.

Wait for some solutions.

The same problem. Can normally log in, but almost imposibble to join the battle. I have 4k crystals to earn in missions and cannot play :(

Yup, its taking longer to load today.

Just change in the address bar server number. At the end of the link. Like RU1 ---> RU11 or EN3 --> EN1

Have you tried clearing cache? Happened to me, i cleared cache and it got fixed  ;)

The best solution for loading problems is following.

• When the loading starts, right click on screen and choose settings.

 

 

 

 

• Click the folder icon in the popup window.

 

 

 

 

• Slide the bar to 0.

 

 

 

 

• Click Ok if prompted.

 

 

 

 

 

• Restart your browser and everything should be fine.

 

 

 

 

 

Note: This Method is called Clearing the Cache. The browser will re-download new data from the server, which may take some time (depending on your connection speed).

Or just use CCleaner and check Adobe Flash in applications....
