What's with Wasp speed?

The only reason to chose wasp over Hornet is speed of Wasp. Now, after all the changes, Wasp is so slow and it's only advantage is just totally gone which make it stupid to use over Hornet.

Hornet use to be faster also.

They try to make the game" balanced".

And in doing so they have it all srewed up.

They should have left well enough alone.

It's getting foolish to even up- grade if the tank is going to perform different on certain days.

A better up-graded tank should perform better and be more powerful.

I'm getting tired of players with m2 killing my m3 with double armour in one shot, and me with m3 rail with double power not even destroying.

And the lags! well thats a different story. The game saying its the internet the internet provider saying it's the game. Been playing for over a year and did not have as much lag as there is now.

i dont play with wasp although i think i have seen BP players going quite slow for a wasp

You clearly haven't had much experience with Wasp. It does have an advantage of speed over Hornet - I don't know what are saying about Wasp being slower than Hornet. The main advantage of Wasp over Hornet in my opinion is that it does not drift, or has little drift. Using this capability of Wasp to your own advantage and equipping Hammer, you can easily dodge Railgun shots.

wasp has better grip, you never drift and slip off the cliff when using nitro.

 

also, wasp has better turning speed, faster to hide into the corners, while hornet is always drift in big circle and got hit in the tail.

Agreed. In all the years of my battling, Hornet is one of the easiest enemies to kill when they try to go "peek-a-boo" tactic. So futile in my opinion.

I always get'em good, and it's very easy to get that one last shot at them when they're trying to run away and turn the corner.

 

Wasp is small, fast, and can navigate accurately. Pretty nice.

 

But overall I think both Wasp and Hornet, light hulls overall, have lost their shine. . .

Unless they have all drugs available, M4, and have a good paint + isida, they're so easy to kill.

Put on a double power on my M4 Thunder and it's one-shots everywhere. Lighthulls RIP. You had a good run.

 

That's why I'm going to buy Viking on a sale, and use about 70,000 crystals to MU it when MUs go on sale.

Used to be a big Wasp player, but I'm moving onto Medium hulls now. Light hulls were dominating the games before, so Devs did a very good job in shifting the balance.

Look at the stats, even M2 Wasp is faster than M3 Hornet by a little.

When was that ever a thing? Perhaps with Hornet, but does that really count?
