About the yellow - in this contest it wasn't written, but in every Mister TO there's normally a rule that does limit the video to 30 seconds along with saying that it can be 31 seconds according to YouTube as they do not calculate the video's length correctly... And about the orange - from what I've seen there are many entries with no mentioning of the nickname and the video's being created specifically for the contest... 

 

And another rule that maybe 20% didn't violate - it has been mentioned that you should write your nickname in the Video's title. Almost no one did so.

And for the majority of videos , they're not really original  , it's about doing something than ranking up. A quite boring Mister TO edition this year.

Pardon me, but I believe Devil3_EN isn 't a very popular figure. Only 7 posts on the forum.

Speaking for myself I honestly don 't know him.

 

He 's just a guy who made an IMO good entry for the contest.

And I believe he now also got votes because a lot of players certaintly don 't like the

curent number one to win.

I urge everyone to vote for video 44, Not because i think its the best but video 44 is the closet in regards to votes to back_XXX and imo he shouldnt win

It 's still a matter of personal taste, I kinda like that Monthy Python kind of video.

I just went through the videos again, and realized that I had skipped Durtle's second entry because I thought it was an error :P That one is amazing! Especially the camera viewing angles. He really deserves more votes.
