The Daily missions are awesome. I love these new changes, but.. I still think it needs some more tweaking. Some mission aren't worth the reward you give it. 7 DA and 8 DP isn't worth 500 XP on a TDM mode. 10 of each would be more reasonable. Also I have heard of the missions you give to higher ranked players (for example get 9,999 for 45k crystals). I wish that us lower ranked players also could participate in these extra hard missions too. Of course these missions should be rare, but I still would like to see there missions hit the game.

The general reason is that for higher ranks, you need LOTS more crystals for upgrades, so higher ranks get higher-paying missions.

Otherwise, you would have to spend a lot of real money to afford upgrades to hulls, turrets, and paints (yes, paints are a real expense to get decent protection out of them).

Actually, those are lower-paying missions. Compare that with one of my missions of today: Get 300 exp points in Kungur for 1575 crystals. That is 525,000 crystals for 99,999 exp points, so 67k or whatever is peanuts.

Tankers! After all - the 50% take of from the original rewards for daily missions, they've now introduced you a fair 50% off for changing missions, now there should be no complains about missions giving you something poor since you can change it for cheap and recover the crystals wasted on changing missions as well as get a profit.

Boy, did I learn a lesson:

I had a mission I really didn't like, which paid 1675 crystals, so I changed it.

And got one paying 23 Speed Boosts.   :o  WTS! I already have 18000 that I'll never use!

So I changed again (837 crystals) and got a mission to catch a Gold Box. I do that about twice a WEEK.

So I changed it again (837 crystals), and completed a mission paying 1675 crystals.

Grand result of that mission I didn't like: I won 1 whole crystal.

I'll never do that again unless it's originally Speed Boost or Gold Box (stupid missions). :(

When I saw your post, I thought I would never do that, and I was about to reply to your post, but I felt lazy and then it went away.

 

Guess what? Today, I did exactly that. It was the 1 crystal I worked hardest for. I did that stupid thing because I had all three missions giving crappy supplies and had that one gold box mission. I wanted to get a cystal mission. I did. I earned 1 crystal.

Please! Please please and again read carefully on the update notes, it clearly states that the xt missions for railgun and hornet are only availing for the generalissimo's. So please, take note as well as I don't think yet developers would allow M3s at just start of M2 unlocking.
