Changing email and password

Guys I am having a big trouble changing the email and password of my account. when i click on the option it says a link is sent to ur email. when i click on the link.. it takes to me miniclip website and says error.

 

Please help

I've had same problem.

And the only solution is to send an email to help@tankionline.com

First they will ask you to click on the link in the email to confirm the IP address, and then will ask you what new password you want.

After your reply with new password you wish to have, then you get confirmation in email that password has been changed.

To check is it changed: First try to log in with your old password and if it says that you entered invalid password, try new one. If new one works - you did it.

This password changing takes about 24h - 48h

When I go to change my password and email and I click on the link it give me, I get a message that says, '' Link you have passed by is corrupted." Tanki Support won't really help
